本实用新型提供一种蓄电池循环散热壳体,包括槽体;所述槽体底部设有用于形成散热通道的凸起或凹槽结构。所述槽体内部均分为两个以上用于放置电池的单格;所述槽体底部的凸起或凹槽结构设置于与槽体各单格对应处。本实用新型适用于充电效率高、比能量高、比功率高的蓄电池循环散热,其采取循环散热,槽体底部设有凸起或凹槽结构,形成散热通道便于空气从底部凸起或凹槽各个方面与蓄电池周围其它外部空气对流,使蓄电池上下前后左右通过对流换热和空气交换将热量传递到周围环境中,达到循环散热目的。

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池壳体,具体是一种蓄电池循环散热壳体。
背景技术
蓄电池的生热主要来源,一个是电化学反应的可逆热效应,另一个是由蓄电池内阻引起的焦耳热。由于密封蓄电池本身散热条件比较差,传统蓄电池底部为平面,安装后只有蓄电池三面与外部环境接触散热,蓄电池内部热量无法通过壳体上下左右分散均匀散热,随着蓄电池内部热量积累的增加引起恶性循环易造成热失控,电池中各单格温度分布不均匀导致电池容量不均衡,整体性能下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种蓄电池循环散热壳体。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:包括槽体;所述槽体底部设有用于形成散热通道的凸起或凹槽结构。
所述槽体内部均分为两个以上用于放置电池的单格;所述槽体底部的凸起或凹槽结构设置于与槽体各单格对应处。
本实用新型适用于充电效率高、比能量高、比功率高的蓄电池循环散热。其采取循环散热,槽体底部设有凸起或凹槽结构,形成散热通道便于空气从底部凸起或凹槽各个方面与蓄电池周围其它外部空气对流,使蓄电池上下前后左右通过对流换热和空气交换将热量传递到周围环境中,达到循环散热目的。

具体实施方式
图1中,包括槽体1、槽体1内部均分为六个用于放置电池的单格;槽体1底部设有用于形成与外部环境对流的散热通道3的凸起或凹槽结构2;凸起或凹槽结构2设置于槽体1各单格对应处,形成与外部相通的散热通道3。
图2中,槽体1底部设有凸起或凹槽结构2,用于形成散热通道3与蓄电池上下前后左右空气循环对流散热。

2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池循环散热壳体,其特征在于:所述槽体(1)内部均分为两个以上用于放置电池的单格;所述槽体(1)底部的凸起或凹槽结构(2)设置于与槽体(1)各单格对应处。
