技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池背刻滚轮。
背景技术
在电池片清洗机背面蚀刻时,电池背刻滚轮携带药液对硅片进行背面蚀刻。目前已有的两种滚轮技术分为:
1、横向槽滚轮:滚轮上刻槽方向和滚轮轴向方向一致,和硅片前进方向垂直;
2、竖向槽滚轮:滚轮上刻槽方向和滚轮轴向方向垂直,和硅片前进方向一致;
此两种技术的滚轮在蚀刻时都对硅片同一个方向进行蚀刻,导致蚀刻不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电池背刻滚轮,提高药液蚀刻时的均匀性及蚀刻量。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电池背刻滚轮,在滚轮表面密布蜂窝状凹槽。
蜂窝状凹槽的形状为等边六边形、边长0.4-0.6mm,深度0.7-0.9mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:对滚轮表面进行刻槽,刻出后蜂窝状凹槽后,滚轮所携带的药液比已有的横向槽滚轮及竖向槽滚轮携带更多的药液,使药液蚀刻时更加均匀及蚀刻量更高。

如图1所示,一种电池背刻滚轮,在滚轮表面密布蜂窝状凹槽1。图1中为清晰的显示凹槽的结构,蜂窝状凹槽1已放大显示。
蜂窝状凹槽1的形状为等边六边形、边长为0.4-0.6mm,最优为0.5mm,深度0.7-0.9mm,最优为0.8mm,两个蜂窝状凹槽1的间距为0.3mm,如此设计,即可保障本电池背刻滚轮上有足够多的蜂窝状凹槽1吸取药液,也保障液体不会因为表面张力而进入不到蜂窝状凹槽1中
如图2所示,电池片在本电池背刻滚轮上滚动时,药液在本电池背刻滚轮的蜂窝状凹槽1中被带到电池片下边,从而蚀刻电池片。
