背景技术
煤矿井下生产过程中水仓是最常见的蓄水缓冲方式。现有煤矿用水仓水位传感器存在易于被淤塞或者被腐蚀或者测量水位范围小的缺陷,本实用新型较现有水位检测元器件有耐用和适用性方面的优势。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有水仓水位检测元器件适用性和维护受限制的弊端,提供一种检测煤矿井下水仓水位的检测元器件。为煤矿井下水泵自动控制系统运行提供便捷实用的在线检测手段。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在煤矿用水仓水位传感器本体上装配用于检测煤矿井下水仓水位的压力传感器,煤矿用水仓水位传感器由水仓水位传感器本体、压力传感器、连接管路和进气调节阀组成。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例详述本实用新型。 
本实用新型包括煤矿用水仓水位传感器本体1,在煤矿用水仓水位传感器本体1上装配着水仓水位压力传感器2、连接管路3、进气调节阀4。 
本实用新型工作时,煤矿用水仓水位传感器本体1装配着水仓水位压力传感器2、连接管路3、进气调节阀4,将传感器本体1如图所示安装在水仓中;一定压力的气源经过进气调节阀4,调节到能从连接管路3底部缓慢排出气泡,使得竖管内形成气体压力空腔,同时排出的气体自动吹开管路3底口附近的淤泥;进气调节阀4选用可以过滤液体和杂质的产品,以便保证进入竖管的气体纯净,并保证压力传感器2采集数据的准确和延长压力传感器2的维护期;连接在管路3上端的压力传感器2用于将水仓压力转换为电信号,在水泵自动控制系统运行过程中连续检测水仓水位数据。 
本实用新型尤其适用于对煤矿井下特殊环境中水仓水位的在线检测,为煤矿水泵系统的安全、高效运行提供了重要的技术参数。

1.一种煤矿用水仓水位传感器,包括煤矿用水仓水位传感器本体,其特征在于:在煤矿用水仓水位传感器本体上装配有用于检测煤矿井下水仓水位的压力传感器,由水仓水位传感器本体、压力传感器、连接管路和进气调节阀组成。
