Abstract

本实用新型提供使用方便,操作快捷的扳机锁,本实用新型还提供了与扳机锁配套的钥匙。本实用新型的扳机锁,具有一固定设置的扳机座以及一贴合设置在扳机座上的扳机,扳机与扳机座之间具有弧形接触面并且扳机可相对扳机座转动,扳机座中具有扳机座锁组件。其工作原理较接近于弹子锁的工作原理,相比现有的扳机锁,其特别之处在于可以配合钥匙使用,而且可以将配套钥匙制作成易于携带的指环,在使用时将钥匙佩戴在手指上即可解开扳机锁,不必再通过拆卸扳机锁解锁即可射击,具备使用方便快捷的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及枪械上的锁,尤其是针对扳机的安全锁,以及与扳机锁相配套的钥匙。 
背景技术
枪械的危险性高但是又容易操作,使得安全性尤为重要。扳机锁是为了防止因误操作引起枪械走火的保险装置,传统的扳机锁可大致分为内置和外设两种类型,不论是哪种类型,都存在结构复杂,使用不便的缺陷,在使用前需要花费大量时间将扳机锁从枪械上拆离才可使用枪械。 
发明内容
为了克服上述现有扳机锁使用不便的缺陷,本实用新型提供使用方便,操作快捷的扳机锁。 
本实用新型所提供的扳机锁,具有一固定设置的扳机座以及一贴合设置在扳机座上的扳机,扳机与扳机座之间具有弧形接触面并且扳机可相对扳机座转动,扳机座中具有扳机座锁组件,该扳机座锁组件包括扳机座锁孔、扳机座锁块以及弹性部件,扳机座锁块和弹性部件均位于扳机座锁孔之中,弹性部件抵接于扳机座和扳机座锁块之间,扳机中具有扳机锁组件,该扳机锁组件包括扳机锁孔和扳机锁块,扳机锁孔在扳机中贯通设置,扳机锁块位于扳机锁孔之中,扳机锁块具有与扳机座锁块相互作用的前端以及与钥匙相互作用的后端,扳机锁块的后端设有固定在扳机中的限位块,扳机锁孔和扳机座锁孔具有对齐的贯通态以及非对齐的交错态,所述贯通态和交错态通过扳机相对扳机座转动变换,扳机座锁块在贯通态时进入扳机锁孔,扳机座锁块在交错态时离开扳机锁孔。 
本实用新型还提供了与扳机锁配套的钥匙,其具有套在手指上的套环以及用于推动扳机锁块的推子。 
本实用新型的扳机锁,其工作原理较接近于弹子锁的工作原理,相比现有的扳机锁,其特别之处在于可以配合钥匙使用,而且可以将配套钥匙制作成易于携带的指环,在使用时将钥匙佩戴在手指上即可解开扳机锁,不必再通过拆卸扳机锁解锁即可射击,具备使用方便快捷的效果。 
本实用新型进一步提供的扳机锁,改进之处在于扳机座中具有至少两个扳机座锁组件,扳机中具有与扳机座锁组件数目相同的扳机锁组件,每个扳机锁组件分别与相应的扳机座锁组件配合,各扳机座锁块在贯通态时均进入对应的扳机锁孔,各扳机座锁块在交错态时均离开对应的扳机锁孔。多个扳机锁组件与扳机座锁组件的配合使扳机锁内部结构复杂,在原有基础上增强扳机锁的可靠性,使其不会被人轻易解开。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,本实用新型的扳机锁实施例,具有一固定设置的扳机座3以及一贴合设置在扳机座3上的扳机2,扳机2与扳机座3之间具有弧形接触面并且扳机2可相对扳机座3转动,本实施例中的扳机座3设有凸出的呈燕尾状的凸块(图中未表示),该凸块从扳机座3顶部一直延伸到其底部,扳机2具有与凸块轮廓吻合的凹槽,该凹槽从扳机2顶部一直延伸至其底部,凸块置于凹槽之中,通过燕尾凸块与燕尾凹槽的配合,可实现扳机座3与扳机2的贴合紧固并相对位移,也可以采用在扳机2设有呈燕尾状的凸块,扳机座3具有与凸块轮廓吻合的凹槽的替代方式实现两者之间的贴合紧固。 
扳机座3中具有三个扳机座锁组件a,每个扳机座锁组件a包括扳机座锁孔a1、扳机座锁块a2以及弹性部件a3,弹性部件a3优选弹簧,扳机座锁块a2和弹性部件a3均位于扳机座锁孔a1之中,弹性部件a3抵接于扳机座3和扳机座锁块a2之间。 
扳机2中具有与扳机座锁组件a相同数目的三个扳机锁组件b,每个扳机锁组件b分别与相应的扳机座锁组件a一一配合,每个扳机锁组件b包括扳机锁孔b1和扳机锁块b2,扳机锁孔b1在扳机2中贯通设置,扳机锁块b2位于扳机锁孔b1之中,扳机锁块b1具有与扳机座锁块a2相互作用的前端b11以及与钥匙相互作用的后端b12,扳机锁块b2的后端b12设有固定在扳机2中的限位块b3。 
扳机锁孔b1和扳机座锁孔a1具有对齐的贯通态以及非对齐的交错态,所述贯通态和交错态为可变换的,主要是依靠扳机2可相对扳机座3转动来实现上述两者贯通态和交错态的相互切换。 
当扳机锁孔b1和扳机座锁孔a1处于对齐的贯通态时,受弹性部件a3的作用各扳机座锁块a2突出扳机座锁孔a1,从扳机锁块b2前端b11推动扳机锁块b2的同时进入对应的扳机锁孔b1,限位块b3从扳机锁块b2后端b12挡住扳机锁块b2防止其脱出扳机锁孔b1,实现将扳机2与扳机座3锁住;当使用钥匙从扳机锁块b2后端b12推动扳机锁块b2,将各扳机座锁块a2推离对应的扳机锁孔b1,且退回到扳机座锁孔a1中,实现将扳机2与扳机座3解锁,扳机2可相对扳机座3转动使扳机锁孔b1和扳机座锁孔a1呈现出非对齐的交错态。 
如图4所示,本实用新型的扳机锁钥匙实施例h,具有套在手指上的套环h1,以及用于推动扳机锁块b2的推子h2,在套环h1与推子h2之间具有与导引斜面f1相应配合的斜面h3,扳机锁实施例的扳机2中还具有与三个扳机锁孔b1相贯通的通孔f,该通孔f边缘的扳机2具有导引斜面f1,可以通过斜面h3与导引斜面f1的相配合,使扳机锁钥匙h精确插入扳机2中。

1.一种扳机锁,其特征在于:具有一固定设置的扳机座(3)以及一贴合设置在扳机座(3)上的扳机(2),扳机(2)与扳机座(3)之间具有弧形接触面并且扳机(2)可相对扳机座(3)转动,扳机座(3)中具有扳机座锁组件(a),扳机座锁组件(a)包括扳机座锁孔(a1)、扳机座锁块(a2)以及弹性部件(a3),扳机座锁块(a2)和弹性部件(a3)均位于扳机座锁孔(a1)之中,弹性部件(a3)抵接于扳机座(3)和扳机座锁块(a2)之间,扳机(2)中具有扳机锁组件(b),扳机锁组件(b)包括扳机锁孔(b1)和扳机锁块(b2),扳机锁孔(b1)在扳机(2)中贯通设置,扳机锁块(b2)位于扳机锁孔(b1)之中,扳机锁块(b1)具有与扳机座锁块(a2)相互作用的前端(b11)以及与钥匙相互作用的后端(b12),扳机锁块(b2)的后端(b12)设有固定在扳机(2)中的限位块(b3),扳机锁孔(b1)和扳机座锁孔(a1)具有对齐的贯通态以及非对齐的交错态,所述贯通态和交错态通过扳机(2)相对扳机座(3)转动变换,扳机座锁块(a2)在贯通态时进入扳机锁孔(b1),扳机座锁块(a2)在交错态时离开扳机锁孔(b1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扳机锁,其特征在于:扳机座(3)中具有至少两个扳机座锁组件(a),扳机(2)中具有与扳机座锁组件(a)数目相同的扳机锁组件(b),每个扳机锁组件(b)分别与相应的扳机座锁组件(a)配合,各扳机座锁块(a2)在贯通态时均进入对应的扳机锁孔(b1),各扳机座锁块(a2)在交错态时均离开对应的扳机锁孔(b1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扳机锁,其特征在于:所述扳机(2)中具有与扳机锁孔(b1)相贯通的通孔(f),该通孔(f)边缘的扳机(2)具有导引斜面(f1)。
4.一种扳机锁钥匙,其特征在于:其具有套在手指上的套环(h1)以及用于推动扳机锁块(b2)的推子(h2)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的扳机锁钥匙,其特征在于:套环(h1)与推子(h2)之间具有与导引斜面(f1)相应配合的斜面(h3)。
