本实用新型公开一种耐腐蚀复合型材,包括有型材主体,在型材主体的粘合面上设有嵌槽,嵌槽内设有倒钩,在型材主体的粘合面上通过浇注的方式覆盖有耐腐蚀层,经上述技术改进后,由于在型材主体的粘合面上增加嵌槽和倒钩,再采用浇注的方式把耐腐蚀层设于型材主体粘合面上,使耐腐蚀层的材料会填充嵌槽,固化后,倒钩可以起到防止耐腐蚀层剥离的作用,使复合型材寿命更长。

本实用新型涉及一种耐腐蚀复合型材。
背景技术:
在耐腐蚀复合型材行业中,将耐腐蚀层复合到型材主体上,一般都是粘合的方式进行复合,即型材主体的粘合面加工成平面状,耐腐蚀层独立成型,然后在型材主体上涂覆胶水,把耐腐蚀层压合在型材主体上,这种结构的耐腐蚀复合型材的耐腐蚀层在使用一段时间后,会因胶水质量问题或老化,粘合力减弱,导致耐腐蚀层从型材主体剥离,导致复合型材废掉。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种耐腐蚀复合型材。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种耐腐蚀复合型材,包括有型材主体,在型材主体的粘合面上设有嵌槽,嵌槽内设有倒钩,在型材主体的粘合面上通过浇注的方式覆盖有耐腐蚀层。
经上述技术改进后,由于在型材主体的粘合面上增加嵌槽和倒钩,再采用浇注的方式把耐腐蚀层设于型材主体粘合面上,使耐腐蚀层的材料会填充嵌槽,固化后,倒钩可以起到防止耐腐蚀层剥离的作用,使复合型材寿命更长。

本实施例的耐腐蚀复合型材包括有型材主体1,在型材主体1的粘合面2上设有嵌槽3,嵌槽3设有倒钩4,在型材主体1的粘合面2上通过浇注的方式覆盖有耐腐蚀层5,浇注时,流动状态的耐腐蚀材料会流至嵌槽3内并充满,固化后倒钩4就可以起到防止耐腐蚀层5剥离的作用。
