技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气井排水装置，具体涉及一种井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置。
背景技术
经过多年开采，我国油田大部分天然气田已经开始见水，天然气产能因此受到严重影响，部分气井产能甚至下降为零。在此情况下，排水采气成为越来越重要的生产措施。现有技术中泡沫排水装置主要用于采气井口，通过往气井内投放泡排棒，与气井内的水相溶起泡，由天然气带出气井以实现排水功能，从而避免气井内的气溶于水中，以提高采气产量。目前投放泡排的方法主要靠人工操作来实现，且每次投放均要重复以上过程，费时费力，而且必须在采气树上完成该项工作，对于操作工人存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，操作方便，安全可靠的全自动井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，包括装置本体及远程控制模块，所述本体的底部设置有投放孔，所述本体内设置有泡排棒支架，所述泡排棒支架上设置有泡排棒安装孔且均能与投放孔相对应，所述泡排棒支架上设置有旋转机构，所述旋转机构驱动泡排棒支架在本体内转动。
所述泡排棒安装孔均布于泡排棒支架端面的边部圆周上，且泡排棒安装孔均能与投放孔相对应。
所述旋转机构包括电磁阀、棘爪和棘轮盘，所述棘轮盘固定连接于泡排棒支架的顶端，所述电磁阀设置于本体的侧壁上，所述棘爪的一端连接于电磁阀上，另一端与棘轮盘配合。
所述棘轮盘上设置有棘轮盘衔铁，所述棘爪与棘轮盘衔铁配合推动泡排棒支架转动。
所述本体的顶部设置有安装通孔，泡排棒支架上泡排棒安装孔均能与所述安装通孔对应。
所述远程控制模块可以采用红外远程控制器或内置天线的GSM或CDMA手机模块。
本实用新型通过24VDC电磁铁磁场产生的电磁吸力，带动衔铁，拨动棘爪，从而拨动棘轮盘，实现泡排棒支架转盘转动并自动投放泡排棒。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：
1)本实用新型装置，结构简单，操作方便，安全可靠；
2)能自动投放泡排棒，以实现一次安装多次投放功能，提高工作效率，降低工作强度；
3)能实现远程控制投放，使得操作安全可靠，适合推广。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步解释说明。
如图1所示的一种井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，包括本体1及电磁驱动单元，所述本体1的底部设置有投放孔9，所述本体1内设置有泡排棒支架4，所述泡排棒支架4上设置有泡排棒安装孔且均能与投放孔9相对应，所述泡排棒支架4上设置有旋转机构，所述旋转机构驱动泡排棒支架4在本体1内转动。所述泡排棒安装孔均布于泡排棒支架4端面的边部圆周上，且泡排棒安装孔均能与投放孔9相对应。所述旋转机构包括电磁阀5、棘爪6和棘轮盘8，所述棘轮盘8固定连接于泡排棒支架4的顶端，所述电磁阀5设置于本体1的侧壁上，所述棘爪6的一端连接于电磁阀5上，另一端与棘轮盘8配合。所述棘轮盘8上设置有棘轮盘衔铁7，所述棘爪6与棘轮盘衔铁7配合推动泡排棒支架4转动。所述本体1的顶部设置有安装通孔，泡排棒支架4上泡排棒安装孔均能与所述安装通孔对应。所述远程控制模块12可以采用红外远程控制器，也可以采用内置天线的GSM或CDMA手机模块，从而构成一个完整的物联网通信和控制系统。在有手机信号环境下，实现对装置的远程实时监控。
本实用新型工作原理：通过24VDC电磁铁磁场产生的电磁吸力，带动衔铁，拨动棘爪，从而拨动棘轮盘，实现泡排棒支架转盘转动并自动投放泡排棒。本装置的上述动作可通过自带的远程控制模块进行控制并进行实时监控。
虽然本实用新型已参照如上所述的具体实施例来描述，但本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到，以上实施例仅是用以说明本实用新型而不是限制本实用新型，只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围内对上述实施例的变化、变型都应落入本申请的权利要求书请求保护的范围内。

1.一种井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，包括装置本体(1)及远程控制模块(12)，其特征在于：所述本体(1)的底部设置有投放孔(9)，所述本体(1)内设置有泡排棒支架(4)，所述泡排棒支架(4)上设置有泡排棒安装孔且均能与投放孔(9)相对应，所述泡排棒支架(4)上设置有旋转机构，所述旋转机构驱动泡排棒支架〔4〕在本体(1)内转动；所述泡排棒安装孔均布于泡排棒支架(4)端面的边部圆周上，且泡排棒安装孔均能与投放孔(9)相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，其特征在于：所述旋转机构包括电磁阀(5)、棘爪(6)和棘轮盘(8)，所述棘轮盘(8)固定连接于泡排棒支架〔4〕的顶端，所述电磁阀(5)设置于本体(1)的侧壁上，所述棘爪(6)的一端连接于电磁阀(5)上，另一端与棘轮盘(8)配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，其特征在于：所述棘轮盘(8)上设置有棘轮盘衔铁(7)，所述棘爪(6)与棘轮盘衔铁(7)配合推动泡排棒支架〔4〕转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，其特征在于：所述远程控制模块(12)为红外远程控制器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的井口远程控制自动泡排棒装置，其特征在于：所述远程控制模块(12)为内置天线的GSM或CDMA手机模块。
