Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种改良的塑胶地板拼装结构，它包括有一矩形的地板本体，地板本体的相邻两边凸设有公扣，另外相邻两边凸设有母扣，公扣内壁和母扣内壁与地板本体的侧壁之间分别形成有嵌槽，所述的公扣内壁和母扣内壁向地板本体的侧壁方向倾斜，地板本体的侧壁上涂有黏胶层，相邻的两块地板本体之间通过公扣和母扣的相互咬合而拼装在一起。由于公扣和母扣内壁呈倾斜状，且黏胶层位于地板本体的侧壁上，地板本体之间的拼装变得更为简单方便，不仅提高了拼装后的牢固性，而且可以消除高低不平的现象，拼装后的美观性也大为提高。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域，尤其是涉及一种铺设于地面使用的塑料地板。
背景技术：
地材是常见的建筑装饰材料之一，地材的种类较多，最常见的地材为普通的瓷砖、PVC地板等，这些地材铺设时需要进行地面整平，以及涂抹水泥或胶水等作业，施工比较麻烦，为解决这个问题，业内人士开发出了多种拼接式的地板。
见图1所示为现有的一种拼接式塑胶地板，其地板本体01的相邻两边凸设有公扣02，另外相邻两边凸设有母扣03，公扣02和母扣03的内壁与地板本体01的侧壁之间形成有嵌槽，嵌槽的底部具有黏胶层04，相邻的两块塑胶地板本体01之间通过公扣02和母扣03的卡接而拼装在一起。由于公扣02和母扣03的截面呈直角状，使得地板本体01之间拼装的牢固性不足，容易出现松动和滑脱的现象；另外，黏胶层04位于嵌槽底部，使得地板本体01拼装后容易出现高低不平的现象，既影响美观性，又降低了拼装的牢固性。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种改良的塑胶地板拼装结构，它不仅拼装更为牢固、而且美观性更好。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的改良的塑胶地板拼装结构包括有一矩形的地板本体，地板本体的相邻两边凸设有公扣，另外相邻两边凸设有母扣，公扣内壁和母扣内壁与地板本体的侧壁之间分别形成有嵌槽，所述的公扣内壁和母扣内壁向地板本体的侧壁方向倾斜，地板本体的侧壁上涂有黏胶层，相邻的两块地板本体之间通过公扣和母扣的相互咬合而拼装在一起。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的公扣和母扣的上端呈圆弧状。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：由于公扣和母扣内壁呈倾斜状，且黏胶层位于地板本体的侧壁上，地板本体之间的拼装变得更为简单方便，不仅提高了拼装后的牢固性，而且可以消除高低不平的现象，拼装后的美观性也大为提高。

见图2和图3所示：本实用新型的改良的塑胶地板拼装结构包括有一矩形的地板本体10，地板本体10的相邻两边凸设有公扣20，另外相邻两边凸设有母扣20，公扣内壁21和母扣内壁31与地板本体10的侧壁之间分别形成有嵌槽，公扣内壁21和母扣内壁31向地板本体10的侧壁方向倾斜，公扣20和母扣30的上端呈圆弧状；地板本体10的侧壁上涂有黏胶层40，相邻的两块地板本体10之间通过公扣20和母扣30的相互咬合而拼装在一起。
通过上述结构，相邻的两块地板本体10拼装时更为简单方便，拼装后的牢固性也显著提高；另外，由于黏胶层40位于地板本体10的侧壁上，地板本体10拼装后不会因黏胶层40的厚度而出现地板本体10之间高低不平的现象，美观性更好。

1.改良的塑胶地板拼装结构，它包括有一矩形的地板本体(10)，地板本体(10)的相邻两边凸设有公扣(20)，另外相邻两边凸设有母扣(20)，公扣内壁(21)和母扣内壁(31)与地板本体(10)的侧壁之间分别形成有嵌槽，其特征在于：所述的公扣内壁(21)和母扣内壁(31)向地板本体(10)的侧壁方向倾斜，地板本体(10)的侧壁上涂有黏胶层(40)，相邻的两块地板本体(10)之间通过公扣(20)和母扣(30)的相互咬合而拼装在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良的塑胶地板拼装结构，其特征在于：所述的公扣(20)和母扣(30)的上端呈圆弧状。
