Description

食品垃圾处理环保再生能源装置
技术领域    本实用新型涉及垃圾能源再生领域,具体地说是涉及一种食品垃圾处理环保再生能源装置。
背景技术    食品垃圾是指家庭、宾馆、饭店等饮食单位抛弃的菜叶、果皮、骨头、剩余饭菜等的总称,是人们日常生活中产生的一种有机液固混合废弃物。食品垃圾成份比较复杂,包括油、水、混合菜蔬、果皮、果核、米面、鱼、肉、骨以及废餐具、纸巾等的大杂烩,淀粉、食物纤维、动物脂肪和蛋白质等有机物质是食品垃圾的主要机物成分。近年来随着城市生活设施和居住条件的改善、人民生活水平的提高和人口的增加,食品垃圾的产量越来越多。而且食品垃圾容易发酵、变质、腐烂,产生大量毒素,散发恶臭气体,严重污染水体和大气,造成严重的环境污染。
目前,我国对食品垃圾的处理方法主要有以下几种:
(一) 填埋处理法
目前我国对于食品垃圾,并未实行垃圾分类制度,填埋处理是将食品与其它城市固体废弃物一起进行填埋,在填埋过程中的场内蚊蝇滋生、恶臭、产生大量高浓度有机渗沥液和大量沼气等问题。
(二) 焚烧处理法
食品垃圾的高含水率是造成垃圾焚烧时产生臭味及环境问题的关键,在进行焚烧处理时会降低垃圾的燃烧效率,延长垃圾的停留时间。另外,厨余垃圾在进行焚烧时,往往需要在焚烧处理过程中加入辅助燃料,进一步增加了垃圾处理的成本。
(三) 传统堆肥处理法
通过人工控制水分、空气条件,使分解微生物生长并降解有机物质,并杀死其中的病原菌,使有机物最终形成稳定的腐殖质。另外我国的食品垃圾中盐分含量较高,会影响微生物的生长,甚至会引起土壤盐化,造成对土壤的破坏。
(四) 简单饲料法
通常食品垃圾多直接应用为动物饲料,食品垃圾在储存、运输过程暴露在空气中,微生物、细菌大量繁殖,食品垃圾很容易氧化腐烂变质,食品垃圾被动物食用后,有害物质蓄积在动物脂肪、肌肉等组织里,导致动物产品质量的不稳定,人食用了这样的动物易引发疾病,造成对人体的危害。
(五) 厌氧发酵法
通过厌氧发酵技术发酵食品垃圾,是在厌氧条件下由多种微生物共同作用,使有机物分解、稳定,并生成CH4、C02或H2及其它代谢产物的过程。食品垃圾的厌氧发酵处理具有产能、高效和资源回收等优势。但同时也存在发酵周期长、运行不稳定、易引起酸中毒导致产气效果下降、发酵不彻底等问题,因此目前尚未得到广泛的应用。
因此,开发一种运行简单,成本合理,资源利用程度高,环保无污染,高效节能,适合食品垃圾特性的食品垃圾处理装置,是目前亟需解决的难题。
发明内容    鉴于现有食品垃圾处理技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理,资源利用程度高,环保无污染,高效节能,运行简单,成本合理,适合食品垃圾特性的食品垃圾处理环保再生能源装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:本实用新型包括脱水装置,输送器,粉碎机,消毒罐,发酵罐,排渣管,导气管,自锁机构,微动开关,储气罐,废渣稀释器,化肥生成器,制粒机。本实用新型的加工过程是食品垃圾先通过脱水装置进行脱水,脱水后的食品垃圾通过输送器输送给粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后的食品垃圾通过消毒罐进行高温消毒,消毒后的食品垃圾进入发酵罐进行发酵,发酵产生的CH4、H2等易燃气体通过发酵罐上方的导气管导入储气罐,储气罐中储存的气体起到天然气加热的作用;在导气管与储气罐相连处设有自锁机构,自锁机构控制微动开关进行导气的控制。在发酵罐中残存的废渣通过排渣管排出,进入废渣稀释器,在废渣稀释器中加入水进行废渣稀释,稀释后的废渣通过脱水装置进行脱水,这样可达到溶解在水中的盐份及其他水溶性物质的分离,使废渣中的盐分大大降低,脱水后的废渣进入化肥生成器,进行化肥生成,生成的化肥通过制粒机进行制粒,装袋即可。
本实用新型的结构特征是脱水装置和粉碎机之间设有输送器,粉碎机连有消毒罐,消毒罐连有发酵罐,发酵罐上方设有导气管,导气管的一端与发酵罐相连,导气管的另一端与储气罐相连,在导气管与储气罐相连处,导气管设有自锁机构,自锁机构连有微动开关;在发酵罐的下端设有排渣管,排渣管连有废渣稀释器,废渣稀释器连有脱水装置,脱水装置连有化肥生成器,化肥生成器连有制粒机。
由于本实用新型具有设计合理,资源利用程度高,环保无污染,高效节能,运行简单,成本合理,适合食品垃圾特性的特点,可广泛用于处理食品垃圾,是一种具有推广价值的新产品。

1.食品垃圾处理环保再生能源装置,其特征是包括脱水装置,输送器,粉碎机,消毒罐,发酵罐,排渣管,导气管,自锁机构,微动开关,储气罐,废渣稀释器,化肥生成器,制粒机;脱水装置和粉碎机之间设有输送器,粉碎机连有消毒罐,消毒罐连有发酵罐,发酵罐上方设有导气管,导气管的一端与发酵罐相连,导气管的另一端与储气罐相连,在导气管与储气罐相连处,导气管设有自锁机构,在发酵罐的下端设有排渣管,排渣管连有废渣稀释器,废渣稀释器连有脱水装置,脱水装置连有化肥生成器,化肥生成器连有制粒机。
