本实用新型涉及利用黄姜生产皂素过程中的硫酸储存装置。
背景技术
在黄姜生产皂素的过程中，需要进行酸水解，酸水解使用的原料是硫酸。目前的硫酸储存装置由支架和钢质结构的罐体组成，硫酸容易腐蚀罐体，影响硫酸储存装置的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了避免硫酸腐蚀罐体，本实用新型提出硫酸储存装置。
本实用新型的技术方案为：硫酸储存装置，由支架、钢制结构的罐体组成，钢制结构的罐体安放在支架上，罐体的顶部焊接有进料口，进料口上设有盖子，罐体的底部设有出料口，其特征在于：罐体的内壁粘接有聚丙烯薄板，进料口的内壁粘接有聚丙烯薄板，出料口是聚丙烯管。
有益效果：本实用新型在罐体及出料口的内壁粘接有聚丙烯薄板，出料口采用聚丙烯管，硫酸直接与聚丙烯接触，聚丙烯的化学稳定性好，可以避免硫酸腐蚀，从而提高使用寿命。

如图1所示，进一步描述本实用新型如下：硫酸储存装置，由支架1、钢制结构的罐体2组成，钢制结构的罐体2安放在支架1上，罐体的顶部焊接有进料口4，进料口上设有盖子3，罐体的底部设有出料口6，其特征在于：罐体的内壁粘接有聚丙烯薄板5，进料口4的内壁粘接有聚丙烯薄板5，出料口6是聚丙烯管。
所述聚丙烯薄板5的厚度为2-5毫米。
