本实用新型涉及模具加工业，尤其是一种斜孔、斜面在立式加工中心上加工的专用夹具。
背景技术
目前在模具上使用斜孔，和模具分型面成夹角的带角度滑块以及带有一定角度的加工内容越来越多，时间要求越来越短，精度要求越来越高，但这类加工内容在立式加工中心上无法完成，在普通设备上又无法达到精度。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为了解决现有加工内容在立式加工中心上完成以达到提高加工精度的目的。
本实用新型的具体技术方案是：
一种斜面模具加工用夹具，由基座1、旋转工作台2、旋转轴3、和角度定位孔4组成；所述的基座1固定在加工中心工作台上，旋转工作台2与基座1以旋转轴3为旋转中心，基座1和旋转工作台2分别设有若干以定位销固定的角度定位孔4。
本实用新型对于模具的斜孔，带角度的斜滑块以及带有一定角度的加工内容，加工精度高，时间快，装夹方便，易操作，效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，把基座1固定在加工中心工作台上，旋转工作台2以旋转轴3为旋转中心，转至所需要的角度，用定位销4固定对应基座和旋转工作台的角度定位孔4，把工件固定在旋转工作台上，就可以加工工件上的带角度的孔或者带角度的面了。
本实用新型对于模具的斜孔，带角度的斜滑块以及带有一定角度的加工内容，加工精度高，时间快，装夹方便，易操作，效率高。
