背景技术
成型铣刀已经广泛的应用在金属切削领域,目前市场上已经存在各种的成型铣刀,原有的立装组合成型刀使用时对机床的刚性以及功率要求很高,刀具的使用成本很高,在加工过程中刀片损坏后很容易损坏刀片台,而且难以修复,从而造成刀体报废,同时,现有的加工过程很多需要多面加工,比如加工凹槽、台阶,多次更换刀具,容易降低加工精度,影响产品质量,因此工程上希望采用一种既结构紧凑合理,操作简单,定位牢固可靠,同时又能满足加工精度的要求,同时生产成本低的成型铣刀。

本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种结构合理、操作简单、能牢固定位、一次加工成型的左旋右切四刃成型刀。

左旋右切四刃成型刀,它包括刀柄、刀颈与刀头,刀柄与刀头之间通过刀颈连接,刀头上设置有倒切削刃、侧面切削刃与端面切削刃,所述倒切削刃的锥度为152°,侧面切削刃的高度h为0.79mm-0.81mm,端面切削刃直径D为9.99mm-10.1mm。
