本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的方案是：一种简易康复训练轮椅，包括折叠椅、健身康复轮、平板三部分，健身康复轮上设有转向轴承、方向控制手柄；平板上设有起伏踏脚板；折叠椅卡在平板上；健身康复轮通过转向轴承、方向控制手柄活接在平板上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、价廉物美，是下肢偏瘫病人康复训练的设备之一。
