Abstract

一种煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱,包括:隔爆箱体、变频器、牵引变压器,其特征在于所述交流变频调速控制箱体内设有两台变频器,两台变频器分别与采煤机的左右牵引电机电路连接,隔爆箱体的一侧设有变压器腔,变压器腔内装有为变频器提供电源的牵引变压器,隔爆箱体底板内设有U型水冷却管道,变频器的整流模块与逆变模块均安装在散热铝板上,散热铝板底面贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上,牵引变压器同样贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上。本实用新型的优点是采用隔爆箱体水冷却结构,具有高效散热功能,两台变频器之间自动调节系统参数,保持左右牵引电机同步运行,不间断工作,安全节能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种煤矿采煤机械设备,特别涉及一种煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱。
背景技术
以前的采煤机械所采用的电气动力系统一般都是直接交流供电方式,采煤机械在井下作业时,左右牵引电机的负载会不同,而现有供电方式中相互之间不能调节,随着科学技术的发展,新的供电方式越来越多,这些新技术既节约能源又环保,还更易于控制,运行更安全。特别在煤矿采煤机械方面更需要推广这些新技术。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对已有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱。本实用新型就是用来调节采煤机左右牵引的速度,交流变频调速控制箱其内部具有两台变频器分别控制左右牵引电机,即采用“一拖一”电气传动工作方式,通讯采用主从通讯,变频器负载信号来源于外部的可编程控制器,交流变频调速控制箱是用来调节采煤机左右牵引的速度,由两台变频器分别控制左右牵引电机,当其中一台变频器达到额定负荷,可自动改变系统参数使两台变频器负荷趋于均匀,当其中一台变频器出现故障可通过改变系统参数交替使用,保证不间断工作。
本实用新型包括:隔爆箱体、变频器、牵引变压器和接触器,其特征在于所述交流变频调速控制箱体内设有两台变频器,两台变频器分别与采煤机的左右牵引电机电路连接,隔爆箱体的一侧设有变压器腔,变压器腔内装有为变频器提供电源的牵引变压器,隔爆箱体底板内设有U型水冷却管道,变频器的整流模块与逆变模块均安装在散热铝板上,散热铝板底面贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上,牵引变压器同样贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上,变频器的控制输入端与可编程控制器连接,变频器经接触器与左右牵引电机连接。
所述变频器的整流模块与逆变模块与散热铝板之间涂有导热脂。
所述两台变频器的输入端分别设有六个快速熔断器。
所述两台变频器之间经可编程控制器设置为主从通讯,分别与左右牵引电机连接。
本实用新型的优点是采用隔爆箱体水冷却结构,具有高效散热功能,两台变频器之间自动调节系统参数,保持左右牵引电机同步运行,不间断工作,安全节能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例:
参见图1、图2,本实用新型由隔爆箱体、变频器、牵引变压器和接触器组成。交流变频调速控制箱体内设有变频器腔A-2、接线腔A-3、变压器腔A-4。变频器B-2、变频器B-3分别安装在变频器腔A-2内。接触器A-1、变频器B-2、变频器B-3、变压器B-1的输入出接线端均通过接线腔A-3连接。两台变频器B-2、B-3的输入端分别设有六个快速熔断器,以保护变频器在过电流情况下快速断开电路。两台变频器B-2、B-3分别与采煤机的左右牵引电机B-4、B-5电路连接,即采用“一拖一”电气传动工作方式,当其中一台变频器达到额定负荷,可自动改变系统参数使两台变频器负荷趋于均匀。变压器腔A-4设置在隔爆箱体的右侧,变压器腔A-4内装有为变频器提供电源的牵引变压器B-1。隔爆箱体底板内设有U型水冷却管道,水冷却管道与外部冷却水源连接,以曾加其散热面积和散热速度。变频器B-2、B-3的整流模块与逆变模块均安装在散热铝板上,散热铝板底面贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上,变频器B-2、B-3的整流模块与逆变模块与散热铝板之间涂有导热脂,以加快传递变频器散发的热量。牵引变压器B-1同样贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上,以传递变压器所散发的热量。变频器B-2、B-3的控制输入端与可编程控制器连接,变频器B-2、B-3之间经可编程控制器设置为主从通讯的结构,分别与左右牵引电机B-4、B-5连接。当其中一台变频器出现故障可通过改变系统参数交替使用,保证不间断工作。

1.一种煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱,包括:隔爆箱体、变频器、牵引变压器,其特征在于交流变频调速控制箱体内设有两台变频器,该两台变频器分别与采煤机的左右牵引电机电路连接,隔爆箱体的一侧设有变压器腔,变压器腔内装有为变频器提供电源的牵引变压器,隔爆箱体底板内设有U型水冷却管道,变频器的整流模块与逆变模块均安装在散热铝板上,散热铝板底面贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上,牵引变压器同样贴紧安装在隔爆箱体底板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱,其特征在于所述变频器的整流模块与逆变模块与散热铝板之间涂有导热脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱,其特征在于所述两台变频器的输入端分别设有六个快速熔断器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿井下采煤机用交流变频调速控制箱,其特征在于所述两台变频器之间经可编程控制器设置为主从控制结构,两台变频器分别与左右牵引电机连接。
