背景技术
现有的房屋建筑的地下基础和地上建筑一般都是联成一体的，即地下的基础的钢筋混凝土与地上的建筑没有隔断，同时地下中具有地下水，会对地下基础结构进行破坏，这样当地面发生较大震动时，会导致建筑物坍塌，现有的方法是增加地下基础结构本身的重量或者在地下基础结构中打入长桩，这两种方法的缺点一是增加了制造成本，二是工期也较长，因此需要对此进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状，而提供一种承载力和抗震缓冲性好，造价成本低的房屋地下基础结构。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种房屋地下基础结构，包括外部建筑物和地下基础层，其特征在于，所述的外部建筑物和地下基础层之间设置有承载抗震层，所述的承载抗震层包括承载梁柱以及设置在承载梁柱上的承载翼板。
这里承载抗震层作为外部建筑物和地下基础层的受力缓冲，承载翼板可以增加承载梁柱的承载能力和抗震能力。
为优化上述方案采取的措施具体包括：
在上述的一种房屋地下基础结构中，所述的外部建筑物和地下基础层的侧部之间还设置有缓冲层，所述的缓冲层为石棉或者沥青等材料构成。这里缓冲层将外部建筑物和地下基础层分开，防止受到地下基础层形变的影响。
在上述的一种房屋地下基础结构中，所述的承载翼板横向地设置在承载梁柱的一侧或者两侧。这样增加了承载梁柱的承载能力。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于通过承载抗震层作为外部建筑物和地下基础层的受力缓冲，承载翼板可以增加承载梁柱的承载能力和抗震能力，同时缓冲层将外部建筑物和地下基础层分开，防止受到地下基础层形变的影响。

如图1和图2所示，本房屋地下基础结构，包括外部建筑物1和地下基础层2，外部建筑物1和地下基础层2之间设置有承载抗震层3，承载抗震层3包括承载梁柱4以及设置在承载梁柱4上的承载翼板5，这里承载翼板5横向地设置在承载梁柱4的一侧或者两侧，这样增加了承载梁柱4的承载能力，承载翼板5为混凝土或刚性材料构成。
外部建筑物1和地下基础层2的侧部之间还设置有缓冲层6，所述的缓冲层6为石棉或者沥青等材料构成，这里缓冲层6将外部建筑物1和地下基础层2分开，防止受到地下基础层2形变的影响。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种房屋地下基础结构，其特征是：所述的承载翼板(5)横向地设置在承载梁柱(4)的一侧或者两侧。
