本实用新型涉及单晶硅的切片生产工艺，特别是边皮清洗工艺技术领域。
背景技术
单晶硅切片后必须进行清洗，以去除砂浆及其它杂质。现有清洗方式是将盛放1-2块边皮料的PVC工件篮浸入酸碱槽内，人工晃动工件篮，以达到硅料与溶液充分接触的目的。
现有工件篮的结构：规格为36*18*25cm。缺陷：现有工件篮盛放硅料数量少，一次最多可放1-2块；硅料容易相互粘合；靠近工件篮底部的硅料表面易形成斑点。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提出一种能克服现有工件篮缺陷的边皮料清洗用工件篮。
本实用新型包括篮框，在所述篮框内、沿篮框长度方向设置至少一个分隔板。
由于本实用新型采用了分隔板，可有效避免硅料间的碰撞，减少了硅料损耗，一次最多可放7-8块头尾边皮料。本实用新型可将日产量提高3-4倍，生产时间可缩短3倍，节约了人工成本、水电成本，并大大提高了酸溶液的利用率。
