本实用新型涉及一种气嘴拧紧套,属于胎体气嘴零配件技术领域。
背景技术
轮胎胎体都有设有气嘴,气嘴端部一般都套有一个保护套,这些保护套一般的作用就是使灰尘之类的杂质不进入位于气嘴口的气芯上,但气芯的结构属于单向阀性质,为此保护套的作用就不大。
    现有的气嘴口内侧的气芯在常时间的使用后,气芯会有所松动,即设在气芯外面的外螺纹与气嘴口内侧的外螺纹松动气芯向外蠕动而出,从而使胎内的气体变少。这样的情况下只有在打气的时候用特殊的工具才可以将气芯拧紧,为此比较麻烦。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题的不足而提供了一种气嘴拧紧套,所述气嘴拧紧套跟保护套一样可套在气嘴嘴端。
本实用新型所要解决问题的技术方案如下:
一种气嘴拧紧套,包括安装在胎体内的气嘴,安装在气嘴口内侧的气芯,其特征在于:所述气嘴口套有拧紧套,所述拧紧套对应气嘴口的另一端套口内侧设有端面呈开叉的凸柱,凸柱与套口内侧侧壁的距离与气嘴口的口壁厚度相匹配。

与现有技术相比,采用本实用新型结构的一种气嘴拧紧套,将拧紧工具与保护套结合在一起,在气胎使用一段时间之后无须用特定工具就可以对气芯进行拧紧,结构简单,操作方便,与气嘴配套易批量生产。

参阅图3,使用时,将拧紧套(3)从气嘴口旋出,再将拧紧套(3)调转一个方向,将拧紧套(3)另一端套口内侧设有端面呈开叉的凸柱(4)对着松出气嘴口的气芯(2),然后将拧紧套(3)插入气嘴口,因凸柱(4)与套口内侧侧壁的距离与气嘴口的口壁厚度相匹配,为此凸柱(4)上的开叉插在气芯(2)端部,随着拧紧套(3)的旋转,凸柱(4)带动气芯(2)转动,从而实现拧紧气芯(2)的目的。
本实用新型所述的气嘴拧紧套,将拧紧结构与保护套结合在一起,结构简单,操作方便,具有一定的实用性。
