一种偏心抖水尼龙棒，涉及电缆料生产设备领域，具体为一种抖水尼龙棒，沿棒体的长度方向设置倾斜的通孔。本实用新型将普通的尼龙棒中心孔打偏，使一端的孔在中心点的偏左侧，另一端的孔在中心点的偏右侧。使尼龙棒随着水拉条运行转动时，因尼龙棒表面失圆带动水拉条抖动，有意识将水抖落并减少到最低点。使水拉条出水后抖动风干后、切粒前更加干燥，确保成品质量更加有保障。

本实用新型涉及电缆料生产设备领域，具体为一种抖水尼龙棒。
背景技术
水拉条生产聚乙烯电缆料过程，大致是挤塑机挤出拉条、水冷、风干、切粒等工艺。在挤出条拉出水后，要经过风干后送至切粒机造粒，一般是通过尼龙棒滑动运行到切粒机，前后都会用到四个或多个支撑水拉条运行的尼龙棒。
现有技术中的尼龙棒大部分采用长度50cm、直径5cm左右的尼龙棒表面切槽，正中心打孔穿轴便于滑动。
由于水拉条出水后表面有吸附一定量的水珠，随着水拉条一起运行到风干机及后道切粒机上，不能最大限度的去除水份，如果不能将水份降到最低点，所生产的成品将不能保证质量，在电线电缆生产厂家使用时会出现严重的质量问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能更快去除水拉条外表面水份的尼龙棒。
   实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种偏心抖水尼龙棒，包括棒体，其特征是沿所述棒体的长度方向设置倾斜的通孔。
本实用新型将普通的尼龙棒中心孔打偏，使一端的孔在中心点的偏左侧，另一端的孔在中心点的偏右侧。使尼龙棒随着水拉条运行转动时，因尼龙棒表面失圆带动水拉条抖动，有意识将水抖落并减少到最低点。使水拉条出水后抖动风干后、切粒前更加干燥，确保成品质量更加有保障。
