本实用新型公开了折叠式铅酸蓄电池,包括至少一端开口的壳体,端口由端盖封装,正极板或负极板采用单块极板,另一极的极板由多块构成,由第一隔板包覆的单块极板折叠,多块由第二隔板包覆的另一极的极板层叠于由第一隔板包覆的单块极板的各折叠层之间而成单体电芯,单体电芯装于壳体之内,壳体内灌入电解液,电解液充分吸附于正极板、负极板及第一隔板、第二隔板;正极板、负极板分别对应设置有正极极耳、负极极耳,正极极耳、负极极耳分别与正极端子、负极端子相连,正极端子、负极端子从壳体的端口引出。本实用新型电池具有结构新颖、容量大、比能量高、耐振动性能好、大电流放电性能力强、占用空间少、电池内阻低、使用寿命长等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电池制造技术领域,特别涉及一种折叠式铅酸蓄电池。 
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池广泛应用于能源、通信、电力、交通和军事等诸多领域。传统的铅酸电池,其单体电芯结构中,正负极板都是由多块极板构成的,由于此结构决定了生产工艺的复杂性,其生产工艺包括多道工序,如铸板、涂膏、固化干燥、分片、焊接等;并且,由于一个单体电芯中包括了数量较多的正负极板,所以,在其生产过程中还容易造成较大的铅污染;另外,当电池用于电动汽车的蓄电池使用时,目前全部采用垂直放置的电池,而由于受高度的限制,给其在电动汽车中的安装带来了极大的不便。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种新型折叠式铅酸蓄电池,该电池的制备工艺简单、工序少、不易引起铅污染,且该电池具有容量大、比能量高、适于快速及深充放电、抗振、使用寿命长;同时,该电池可以水平放置,正负极端子由电池的一端或两端引出,设计灵活,适用范围广,特别适合于在电动汽车中应用,安装简便,占用空间小。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种折叠式铅酸蓄电池,包括壳体、端盖、正极板、负极板、第一隔板、第二隔板、正极极耳、负极极耳、正极端子、负极端子、电解液,壳体至少一端开口,端口由端盖封装,正极板或负极板采用单块极板,另一极的极板由多块构成,由第一隔板包覆的单块极板折叠,多块由第二隔板包覆的另一极的极板层叠于由第一隔板包覆的单块极板的各折叠层之间而成单体电芯,单体电芯装于壳体之内,壳体内灌入所述的电解液,电解液充分吸附于正极板、负极板及第一隔板、第二隔板;所述的正极板、负极板分别对应设置有正极极耳、负极极耳,正极极耳、负极极耳分别与正极端子、负极端子相连,正极端子、负极端子从壳体的端口引出。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,正极板、负极板采用碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料(如铅钙合金、铅锡合金、铅锑镉合金和铅钙锡铝合金等)分别涂覆有正极活性物质、负极活性物质而制成。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,正极板和正极极耳、负极板和负极极耳分别采用碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料一体冲压而成。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,正极端子、负极端子分别焊接于正极极耳、负极极耳。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,正极极耳通过正极汇流排与正极端子相连,负极极耳通过负极汇流排与负极端子相连。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,壳体一端开口,正极端子、负极端子从壳体的端口引出。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,壳体两端开口,正极端子与负极端子分别从壳体的两个端口引出。 
所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,壳体可以呈水平状或竖直状放置,且正负极由电池一端或两端引出,这使电池的放置和配组更加灵活,为其在电动汽车上的使用提供了便利。 
本实用新型折叠式铅酸蓄电池有一极采用单块极板,其制造工艺简单、工序少,避免了传统电池在制备过程中引起的铅污染。 
本实用新型折叠式铅酸蓄电池不仅具有结构新颖、容量大、比能量高、耐振动性能好、大电流放电性能力强、占用空间少、电池内阻低、使用寿命长等特点,其独特而灵活的水平设计,使其非常适合于电动汽车上应用。 
本实用新型折叠式铅酸蓄电池还采用了碳纤维增强板栅,其极板在折叠时不会断裂、制造工艺性好;同时,电池的装配压力可以灵活调节,使活性物质很难脱落,从而使电池的抗振能力更强,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例作详细说明。 
实施例一:如图1、2所示,负极板1采用单块极板,正极板2由多块构成,正极板2、负极板1均采用碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料分别涂覆有正极活性物质、负极活性物质而制成, 正极板2、负极板1分别对应设置有正极极耳8、负极极耳5,正极板2和正极极耳8、负极板1和负极极耳5分别采用碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料一体冲压而成。正极板2、负极板1分别由隔板4、隔板3包覆后,多块正极板2上下交错层叠于负极板1的两表层,后将负极板1折叠。当然,也可以先将负极板1折成一叠,然后将多块正极板2叠放于负极板1的各折叠层之间。将折叠好的单体电芯装入壳体11内,图5与图6显示了两种电池结构形式,若电池的正负极端子从壳体11的一端引出时,则电池按照图5装配;若电池正负极端子分别从壳体11的两端引出时,则电池按照图6装配。折叠式铅酸蓄电池包括负极板1、正极板2、隔板3、负极极耳5、负端子6、负极汇流排7、正极极耳8、正极端子9、正极汇流排10、壳体11、气阀12、端盖13、电解液等,壳体11呈水平状,壳体11的一端(图5)或两端(图6)开口,端口由端盖13封装,端盖13上装有排气阀12。壳体11内灌入电解液,电解液充分吸附于正极板2、负极板1及隔板3、4。正极极耳8通过正极汇流排10与正极端子9焊接,负极极耳5通过负极汇流排7与负极端子6焊接,正极汇流排10、负极汇流排7处于壳体11内,正极端子9、负极端子6从壳体11的一个端口(图5)或分别从两个(图6)端口引出。 
实施例二:参见图3、4,本实施例中,正极板2采用单块极板,而负极板1由多块构成,正极板2、负极板1分别由隔板4、隔板3包覆,将正极板2折叠,后将多块负极板1叠放在正极板2的各折叠层之间。当然,也可以先将多块负极板1上下交错层叠于正极板2的两表层,后将正极板2折叠。折叠好的单体电芯呈图4所示状态。折叠好的单体电芯装入壳体11内。

Claims (8)

1.一种折叠式铅酸蓄电池,包括壳体、端盖、正极板、负极板、正极极耳、负极极耳、正极端子、负极端子、电解液,壳体至少一端开口,端口由端盖封装,其特征在于:正极板或负极板采用单块极板,另一极的极板由多块构成,由第一隔板包覆的单块极板折叠,多块由第二隔板包覆的另一极的极板层叠于由第一隔板包覆的单块极板的各折叠层之间而成单体电芯,单体电芯装于壳体之内,壳体内灌入所述的电解液,电解液充分吸附于正极板、负极板及第一隔板、第二隔板;所述的正极板、负极板分别对应设置有正极极耳、负极极耳,正极极耳、负极极耳分别与正极端子、负极端子相连,正极端子、负极端子从壳体的端口引出。
2.如权利要求1所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:正极板、负极板采用碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料分别涂覆有正极活性物质、负极活性物质而制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:正极板和正极极耳、负极板和负极极耳分别采用碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料一体冲压而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:正极端子、负极端子分别焊接于正极极耳、负极极耳。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:正极极耳通过正极汇流排与正极端子相连,负极极耳通过负极汇流排与负极端子相连。
6.如权利要求1所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:壳体一端开口,正极端子、负极端子从壳体的端口引出。
7.如权利要求1所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:壳体两端开口,正极端子与负极端子分别从壳体的两个端口引出。
8.如权利要求1或6或7所述的折叠式铅酸蓄电池,其特征是:所述的壳体呈水平状或竖直状放置。
