本实用新型涉及一种冷却器,尤其是涉及一种空水冷却器。
背景技术
一般的高效热管冷却器由热管、带隔板的箱体和风机组成,每根热管上部有翅片,箱体上部有风机和进出风口,箱体下部有进出口,其优点  是耐压等级高,热交换效率高,但结构复杂,体积大,造价高,使用和维修不方便。中国专利公开了一种风冷冷却器(授权公告号:CN201794757U),其包括聚风圈、冷却风机、导风罩和导风罩下方安装的冷却单元,冷却单元由至少级单层冷却器组成,单层冷却器包括上进气管和下进气管,上进气管和下进气管之间连接一组与它们连通的冷却管,下进气管的两端分别连接有进气接头和出气接头;上进气管和下进气管内分别设有1-3个隔板,上进气管与下进气管内的隔板形成交错排列,交错排列的隔板将一组冷却管分割成通过上、下进气管串连的冷却管小组。但是这种冷却器的机构较为复杂,冷却的效率较低,冷却成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种一种空水冷却器,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的冷却器的机构较为复杂,冷却的效率较低,冷却成本较高等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的一种空水冷却器,包括基架,所述的基架上架设有风筒,风筒上部通过连接件固定有冷却器筒体,冷却器筒体的一端设有进出水口法兰。通过进出水口法兰可以连接水管,从而可以对冷却器筒体内进行注水。热风可以从风筒内经过,从而与冷却器筒体中的冷水进行热交换,换热效率较高。风筒内可以设置多块隔板,可以使得风量均匀通过,以达到最大的换热效率。连接件可以是螺栓。冷却器筒体、风筒可以都为长方体型。
作为优选,所述的冷却器筒体的两端都设有排气孔、排水孔。通过排气孔,可以随之将冷却器筒体内的气压排出,防止内部压力过大。
因此,本实用新型利用上下排列的冷却器筒体、风筒,使风筒内的风与冷却器筒体内的冷却水进行热交换,从而使得冷却效果较好,冷却成本较低,结构简单、合理。

实施例:本例的一种空水冷却器,如图1、图2,有一个基架1,基架上架设有风筒2,风筒上部通过连接件3固定有冷却器筒体4,冷却器筒体的一端设有进出水口法兰5。冷却器筒体的两端都设有排气孔6、排水孔7。 
使用时,通过进出水口法兰5在冷却器筒体4内注入冷却水。热风可以进入到风筒2内,风筒内的热风即可与冷却器筒体4内的冷却水进行热交换,达到降温的目的。

1.一种空水冷却器,包括基架(1),其特征在于所述的基架(1)上架设有风筒(2),风筒上部通过连接件(3)固定有冷却器筒体(4),冷却器筒体的一端设有进出水口法兰(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空水冷却器,其特征在于所述的冷却器筒体(4)的两端都设有排气孔(6)、排水孔(7)。
