目前我国电力部门输电线门型杆塔中间用的叉梁有多种,如采用钢筋水泥加热预制的扁长方条型制品和圆截面型制品以及用角钢焊接的扁长方条型叉梁制品,这些产品都不同程度的存在着问题,如:钢筋水泥制品笨重、使用不方便、不美观、制造需要模具、加热、成型,用水养护数日后才能使用,制造工艺复杂、费工、费时、浪费材料、能源,且易老化、裂缝、脱皮、结构强度低,支撑杆塔的能力差,使用寿命短;用角钢焊接的叉梁焊点多、工艺复杂、结构强度低、抵御大风和冰雪自然灾害的能力差,易扭曲变型,产生安全隐患,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种门型杆塔钢管叉梁,以克服现有技术笨重、使用不方便、不美观、制造困难、工艺复杂、费工费时、浪费材料、能源,易老化、裂缝、脱皮,支撑强度低、易扭曲变型、产生安全隐患,使用寿命短等问题。
