背景技术
真空绝热保温板的气体阻隔膜为有机化合物,在酸性或碱性环境下易被侵蚀,由于水泥呈碱性,在施工时传统真空绝热保温板的气体阻隔膜会直接与水泥接触,气体阻隔膜极易被侵蚀破坏;且传统真空绝热保温板整体抗拉、抗冲击、抗弯的性能较弱。

本实用新型旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种新型绝热保温板,它克服了传统真空绝热保温板抗破坏的性能较弱以及其气体阻隔膜在碱性环境下易被侵蚀的弊端,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型绝热保温板,包括芯材和气体阻隔膜,所述芯材套装在气体阻隔膜中,所述气体阻隔膜呈封闭状,封闭的气体阻隔膜形成一真空室,所述气体阻隔膜的外层包覆有玻璃纤维层,所述芯材材料为粉状二氧化硅、气凝胶、微孔聚氨酯和超细玻璃纤维等。玻璃纤维层的组成材料玻璃纤维具有抗冲击、抗拉、抗弯、不燃、抗冻、耐温度和湿度变化、抗裂、抗渗,易成型等特点,故可很好地保护气体阻隔膜。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述玻璃纤维层材料为耐碱玻璃纤维。耐碱玻璃纤维耐碱性好,能有效抵抗水泥中高碱物质的侵蚀从而保护气体阻隔膜免受侵蚀。
本实用新型具有如下优点:玻璃纤维层可有效保护气体阻隔膜,防止气体阻隔膜被水泥侵蚀;增强了保温板的抗拉抗弯抗冲击性能,且由于玻璃纤维层具有阻燃的特点,可防止火灾的发生,使用安全且寿命长。
