[0014] 下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。 [0015] 图I和图2是本实用新型所述的射流清洗机。所述的射流清洗机包括主机,主机呈框架式结构,刷洗系统、液下射流清洗系统和液下射流精洗系统依次设置在主机上,悬挂输送链3贯穿整个主机内腔。悬挂输送链3为闭式循环链,悬挂输送链3上间隔设置多个吊钩,工件7悬挂于吊钩上,在驱动装置的驱动下,悬挂输送链3循环转动,从而带动工件7在主机内移动。所述的刷洗系统包括高压风机I和毛刷8,其中高压风机I固定设置在刷洗系统的顶部,毛刷8设置在气流刷洗系统的两侧壁上,毛刷8的外端与毛刷驱动装置9连接,内端设置在刷洗系统内,并且与工件7的表面接触。在毛刷驱动装置9的驱动下毛刷8缓慢旋转,毛刷将工件7上的铁屑等杂质刷下。刷洗系统的底部设有刮板式除渣机2,高压风机I吹出的高压气流将毛刷刷下的铁屑等杂质吹入刮板式除渣机2内,由刮板式除渣机将杂质清除。
[0016] 所述的液下射流清洗系统包括液下射流清洗槽5、射流清洗泵10和清洗槽过滤器11,液下射流清洗槽5设置在主机内腔中。该系统主要用于对工件进行初步清洗。其中液下射流清洗槽5内存储有清洗液即煤油,液下射流清洗槽5的四侧内壁上均间隔设置多个清洗喷嘴4,通过射流清洗泵10将槽内的煤油经管道由清洗喷嘴4从上下、左右、前后等多个方位对工件7进行液下射流清洗,大大提供了清洗效果,同时由于对工件进行液下清洗,所以减少了煤油在空气中的雾化蒸发,大大节省了煤油的使用量。所述的清洗槽过滤器11采用一级二级插板过滤和三级滤框过滤,实现了对清洗液的过滤,以保证清洗液能够循环使用。
[0017] 所述的液下射流精洗系统包括液下射流精洗槽6、射流精洗泵12和精洗槽过滤器13,液下射流精洗槽6设置在主机内腔中。该系统主要用于对工件进行再次精洗和使工件表面浸满防锈油。其中液下射流精洗槽6内存储有精洗液,液下射流精洗槽6的四侧内壁上均间隔设置多个精洗喷嘴,通过射流精洗泵12将槽内的精洗液经管道由精洗喷嘴从上下、左右、前后等多个方位对工件7进行液下射流精洗。所述的精洗槽过滤器13采用一级二级插板过滤和三级滤框过滤并加装精密不锈钢过滤器,实现了对精洗液的过滤,以保证精洗液能够循环使用。
[0018] 利用该射流清洗机对制动盘和制动毂等工件进行清洗的工作过程如下所述:首先,悬挂输送链3在驱动装置的驱动下,带动工件7进入射流清洗机的主机内,当工件7输送至刷洗系统时,毛刷驱动装置9驱动两侧的毛刷8缓慢旋转,将工件7上的铁屑等杂质刷下,同时在高压风机I吹出的高压气流将刷下的杂质吹入刮板式除渣机2内,由刮板式除渣机2将杂质清除。刷过的工件10继续通过悬挂输送链3导入液下射流清洗槽5内,在射流清洗泵10的作用下,清洗液通过管道由清洗喷嘴4对工件7进行液下射流清洗,工件在液下射流青槽5内清洗完毕后,继续在悬挂输送链3的带动下导入液下射流精洗槽6内,在射流精洗泵12的作用下,精洗液通过管道由精洗喷嘴对工件进行液下射流精洗。液下射流精洗结束后,工件由悬挂输送链3导出,通过漩涡气泵使工件表面的防锈油吹干,即可实现工 件的整个清洗过程。
Claims (10)
1. 一种射流清洗机,包括框架式主机,其特征在干,主机上依次设置气流刷洗系统、液下射流清洗系统和液下射流精洗系统,悬挂输送链(3)贯穿主机内腔,悬挂输送链(3)为闭式循环链,悬挂输送链(3 )上间隔悬挂エ件(7 ),エ件(7 )通过悬挂输送链(3 )依次通过气流刷洗系统、液下射流清洗系统和液下射流精洗系统。
2.根据权利要求I所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的气流刷洗系统包括高压风机(I)和毛刷(8),其中高压风机(I)固定设置在气流刷洗系统的顶部,毛刷(8)设置在气流刷洗系统的两侧,毛刷(8)竖向设置,其刷毛与エ件(7)的表面接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,毛刷(8)设置两个,其分别位于エ件(7)的两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的射流清洗机,其特征在干,气流刷洗系统的底部设有刮板式除渣机(2)。
5.根据权利要求I所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的液下射流清洗系统包括液下射流清洗槽(5 )、射流清洗泵(10 )和清洗槽过滤器(11),液下射流清洗槽(5 )设置在主机内腔中,液下射流清洗槽(5)的四侧内壁上间隔设置清洗喷嘴(4),液下射流清洗槽(5)内存储有清洗液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的清洗槽过滤器(11)采用ー级ニ级插板过滤和三级滤框过滤系统。
7.根据权利要求I所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的液下射流精洗系统包括液下射流精洗槽(6 )、射流精洗泵(12 )和精洗槽过滤器(13 ),液下射流精洗槽(6 )设置在主机内腔中,液下射流精洗槽(6)的四侧内壁上间隔设置精洗喷嘴,液下射流精洗槽(6)内存储有精洗液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的精洗槽过滤器(13)采用ー级ニ级插板过滤和三级滤框过滤系统并加装精密不锈钢过滤器。
9.根据权利要求7所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的精洗液为煤油。
10.根据权利要求5所述的射流清洗机,其特征在于,所述的清洗液为煤油。
