本实用新型属于橡胶助剂用造粒机领域，具体是一种回转带式冷凝造粒机的物料加热装置。
背景技术
目前生产中用的滴落成型造粒机大都采用这样的结构：其具有一个按基本上是水平的轴线布置、可以大于360度的角度旋转的滚筒，该滚筒的一个圆筒形的外壳，其上带有许多穿透的，特别是径向的流道，流道有主要是圆形的出口孔，还有一将流动的物质引入滚筒内部的装置，该装置由定子和分布器组成，定子内还有两个与物料槽平行的加温通道，分布器上有将含有一定压力的熔融物料向外挤压的径向通道，其在滚筒下方还安装有承接并运输滴落成形的熔融颗粒状物料的带式输送机。
现有的造粒机的布料器通过电热棒加热，温度难以控制，对产品的质量影响很大。
发明内容
本实用新型的针对上述技术中存在的电热棒加热温度难以控制的缺点，提出一种回转带式冷凝造粒机的物料加热装置。
本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：
