本实用新型公开了一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,包括脱硫塔、清洗液槽和清洗液循环泵,在所述的脱硫塔的内部上端设置有升气帽、湍球层、清洗液喷淋层、除雾器和工艺水喷淋层,所述的脱硫塔的塔体设置有清洗液出口、液位稳定装置,所述的清洗液出口通过管道与清洗液槽连接,所述的清洗液槽底部与清洗液喷淋层通过清洗液循环泵连接,所述的清洗液循环泵的出口连接脱硫塔的底部。该装置结构简单、运行成本低、能长周期稳定运行、去除脱硫脱硝气溶胶效果好等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及废气脱硫、脱硝设备领域,具体涉及一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置。 
背景技术
氨法脱硫、脱硝工艺中,铵盐以气溶胶的形式随烟气逃逸,并形成明显的烟雾,现有技术中,气溶胶问题通过除雾器等装置没有得到良好的解决,造成脱硫塔净烟气出口拖尾严重,造成了二次污染。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 
一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,包括脱硫塔、清洗液槽和清洗液循环泵,其特征在于,在所述的脱硫塔的内部上端设置有升气帽、湍球层、清洗液喷淋层、除雾器和工艺水喷淋层,所述的脱硫塔的塔体设置有清洗液出口、液位稳定装置,所述的清洗液出口通过管道与清洗液槽连接,所述的清洗液槽底部与清洗液喷淋层通过清洗液循环泵连接,所述的清洗液循环泵的出口连接脱硫塔的底部。 
所述的升气帽位于喷淋层的上部,湍球层位于清洗液喷淋层与升气帽之间,清洗液喷淋层位于除雾器的下部,除雾器上下均设置有工艺水喷淋层。 
所述的清洗液出口位于升气帽的底部。 
所述的液位稳定装置位于升气帽的底部。 
所述的湍球层是设置了一层湍流球。 
本实用新型的优点在于:1、本实用新型装置结构简单,能够可靠地解决气溶胶逃逸的问题;2、操作方便,只需要清洗液对湍球层进行循环冲洗,耗能低;3、清洗用水循环利用,节约水资源,运行成本低。

具体实施方式
一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,如图1所示,包括脱硫塔1、清洗液槽2和清洗液循环泵3,其特征在于,在所述的脱硫塔1的内部上端设置有升气帽6、湍球层8、清洗液喷淋层9、除雾器10和工艺水喷淋层11,所述的脱硫塔1的塔体设置有清洗液出口5、液位稳定装置7,所述的清洗液出口5通过管道与清洗液槽2连接,所述的清洗液槽2底部与清洗液喷淋层9通过清洗液循环泵3连接,所述的清洗液循环泵3的出口连接脱硫塔1的底部。 
所述的升气帽6位于喷淋层4的上部,湍球层8位于清洗液喷淋层9与升气帽6之间,清洗液喷淋层9位于除雾器10的下部,除雾器上下均设置有工艺水喷淋层11。 
所述的清洗液出口5位于升气帽6的底部。 
所述的液位稳定装置7位于升气帽6的底部。 
该装置操作步骤为: 
烟气经喷淋层4循环喷淋脱除二氧化硫后,经升气帽6进入脱硫塔1上端,烟气继续向上移动,经过湍球层8,烟气中夹带的铵盐等雾滴被湍球层8吸附,被吸附的雾滴经过清洗液循环冲洗落入升气帽6底端,烟气向上移动经过除雾器10进行二次除雾,使烟气夹带的雾滴完全被拦截下来,净化后的烟气经尾气出口12排放,排放的净化烟气不出现气溶胶拖尾现象。 
落入升气帽6底部的清洗液经清洗液出口5进入清洗液槽2,再由清洗液循环泵3送至清洗液喷淋层9循环喷淋清洗;液位稳定装置7稳定升气帽6内的液位;清洗液槽2内的清洗液达到一定浓度后,清洗液经清洗液循环泵3送至脱硫塔1底部,清洗液槽2内的液位由工艺水或软水补充,至此过程完成。 

Claims (4)

1.一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,包括脱硫塔(1)、清洗液槽(2)和清洗液循环泵(3),其特征在于,在所述的脱硫塔(1)的内部上端设置有升气帽(6)、湍球层(8)、清洗液喷淋层(9)、除雾器(10)和工艺水喷淋层(11),所述的脱硫塔(1)的塔体设置有清洗液出口(5)、液位稳定装置(7),所述的清洗液出口(5)通过管道与清洗液槽(2)连接,所述的清洗液槽(2)底部与清洗液喷淋层(9)通过清洗液循环泵(3)连接,所述的清洗液循环泵(3)的出口连接脱硫塔(1)的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,其特征在于,所述的升气帽(6)位于喷淋层(4)的上部,湍球层(8)位于清洗液喷淋层(9)与升气帽(6)之间,清洗液喷淋层(9)位于除雾器(10)的下部,除雾器上下均设置有工艺水喷淋层(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,其特征在于,所述的清洗液出口(5)位于升气帽(6)的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种解决脱硫脱硝气溶胶的装置,其特征在于,所述的液位稳定装置(7)位于升气帽(6)的底部。
