背景技术
目前现有的巴布膏结构简单,使用方便,应用广泛,其载药量大,与皮肤相容性好,毒副作用小,可反复揭帖。传统的巴布膏是由防粘层、基质层和背衬层三部分组成,但在实际使用过程中,基质层由于直接敷贴在皮肤上,导致药物迅速释放,达不到长效、缓释的效果,在使用中,不利于药物针对部分慢性病的治疗(如吲哚美辛治疗关节炎等),造成药物浪费。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术而提出一种巴布膏,其结构简单,效果好。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种巴布膏,从上至下依次包括有背衬层、凝胶储药库、高分子缓释层和防粘膜,其特征在于所述高分子缓释层为亲水性高分子材料交联形成的三维网状薄膜。 
按上述方案,所述的凝胶储药库为包含有吲哚美辛和高分子凝胶材料的混合物材料层。 
按上述方案,所述的背衬层为双向弹力无纺布。 
本实用新型的包含有吲哚美辛的巴布膏其高分子缓释层采用亲水性高分子材料交联形成的三维网状薄膜,使得凝胶储药库上附有一层高分子亲水性薄膜,水分子在凝胶储药库和高分子缓释层间运动,使得药物通过其三维网络的网格间释放,可达到缓慢释放、匀速释放的效果。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:有效的控制了药物释放的速度,使该药物可达到24小时的缓释效果,大大节约了用药量,提高了用药效率。

1.一种巴布膏,从上至下依次包括有背衬层(1)、凝胶储药库(2)、高分子缓释层(3)和防粘膜(4),其特征在于所述高分子缓释层为亲水性高分子材料交联形成的三维网状薄膜。
2.按权利要求1所述的巴布膏,其特征在于所述的背衬层为双向弹力无纺布。
