背景技术
一般其他公司制作的LED套件的大小为244*122。使用的结构为正面用一个LED面罩，背面为PCB板的背面，并且外露信号连接件和电源连接件，背面为不防水结构，拼接时容易看到缝隙，外表不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，设计了一种新型LED套件。
实现上述目的本实用新型的技术方案为，一种新型LED套件， LED套件底壳与LED套件面罩将PCB灯板夹在中间构成三层结构，并通过螺丝固定成一整体结构。
所述LED套件底壳上设有方孔。
所述方孔的边缘处设有防水胶圈。
利用本实用新型的技术方案制作的新型LED套件，改善LED显示效果，有效克服马赛克现象。整体防水效果保证新型LED套件防水效果极佳。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行具体描述，如图1是本实用新型所述新型LED套件的结构分解示意图，如图所示，一种新型LED套件， LED套件底壳1与LED套件面罩3将PCB灯板2夹在中间构成三层结构，并通过螺丝4固定成一整体结构。其中，所述LED套件底壳上设有方孔5；所述方孔的边缘处设有防水胶圈6。
PCB灯板安装在LED套件底壳上，再在灯板PCB上安装LED套件面罩，通过螺丝将三者固定。LED套件的底壳的中间位置开有一个方口，此方口还有一个防水胶圈与之配合完成防水的作用，信号和电源通过这个方口固定与新型电源盒上。LED套件的底壳背面也有24个M3的铜件用于固定新型LED套件。LED套件面罩灯位置花纹设计为3层回字型结构，且灯与灯之间纵横交错内凹条形网状。使LED套件的拼接缝隙得到完全的掩盖。新型LED套件面罩灯位置花纹设计为3层回字型结构，且灯与灯之间纵横交错内凹条形网状。使新型LED套件的拼接缝隙得到完全的掩盖。
