[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及LED显示领域,具体指一种LED户外显示模组。 
[背景技术]
通常,现有LED户外模组中贴片LED按象素点分布在PCB板上,为保护PCB板,采用电子灌封胶灌注在贴片LED与PCB板之间。如果电子灌封胶覆盖不住贴片LED,要求贴片LED本身防水,LED户外模组防水功能不佳,同时灌胶工艺比较复杂,成本较高。 
[实用新型内容]
本实用新型目的在于解决上述的问题,而提供一种成本低、防水功能良好、性能可靠的LED户外显示模组。 
本实用新型LED户外显示模组,包括PCB组装件、安装所述PCB组装件的模组后壳,所述PCB组装件包括PCB板和设于所述PCB板表面的贴片LED阵列,所述PCB组装件的表面覆盖有一层乙烯一四氟乙烯透明罩,所述透明罩外表面还设有模组面罩,透明罩上还具有容纳贴片LED的凸块。 
优选的,所述模组面罩设有多条平行的遮光沿,LED位于相邻遮光沿之间。 
进一步的,所述模组面罩还设有多条平行的吸光沿,所述吸光沿位于所述遮光沿与贴片LED之间,所述吸光沿比所述遮光沿矮。 
所述透明罩的厚度小于0.2mm。 
本实用新型中所述透明罩将贴片LED阵列和PCB板覆盖住,防尘防水,而且所述透明罩一次成型,安装方便,成本低。所述模组面罩增加LED户外模组显示的对比度。

本实用新型实施例提供的LED户外模组采用整体成型的乙烯一四氟乙烯透明罩覆盖住贴片LED阵列和PCB板,防尘防水,安装方便,成本低。 
一种LED户外模组,包括:PCB组装件和安装所述PCB组装件的模组后壳,所述PCB组装件包括PCB板和设于所述PCB板表面的贴片LED阵列,所述PCB组装件的表面覆盖有一层乙烯一四氟乙烯透明罩。 
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供的LED户外模组具有一块PCB板4,所述PCB板4表面设有贴片LED阵列,所述PCB板4和所述贴片LED阵列组成PCB组装件,所述PCB组装件安装在模组后壳5。所述PCB组装件表面覆盖有一层透明罩6。所述透明罩6由乙烯一四氟乙烯(ETFE)薄膜整体一次热压成型,厚度较薄,能成型为小于0.2mm的厚度;所述贴片LED7发出的热量经由所述透明罩6传导至外界,模组散热效果好。此外,乙烯一四氟乙烯(ETFE)制成的透明罩6透光率达95%以上,还易于清洗。所述透明罩6热压成型后,具有容纳贴片LED的凸块8。所述透明罩6外表面还设有模组面罩9,所述模组面罩9设有若干条平行的遮光沿10,贴片LED位于相邻遮光沿之间,所述遮光沿10具有遮光作用,增加LED户外模组显示的对比度。另外,所述模组面罩还设有多条平行的吸光沿11,所述吸光沿11位于所述遮光沿10与贴片LED7之间,所述吸光沿II比所述遮光沿10矮,增强了对比效果。

1.一种LED户外显示模组,包括PCB组装件、安装所述PCB组装件的模组后壳,所述PCB组装件包括PCB板和设于所述PCB板表面的贴片LED阵列,其特征在于,所述PCB组装件的表面覆盖有一层乙烯一四氟乙烯透明罩,所述透明罩外表面还设有模组面罩,透明罩上还具有容纳贴片LED的凸块。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED户外显示模组,其特征在于,所述模组面罩设有多条平行的遮光沿,LED位于相邻遮光沿之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED户外显示模组,其特征在于,所述模组面罩还设有多条平行的吸光沿,所述吸光沿位于所述遮光沿与贴片LED之间,所述吸光沿比所述遮光沿矮。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED户外显示模组,其特征在于,所述透明罩的厚度小于0.2mm。
