背景技术
现代化建设离不开起重吊装,如港口集装箱等货物装卸、工矿企业原材料和产品的吊运、水电站、桥梁建设的吊装,部队空投坦克、战车等等。目前很多吊装索具有多延用传统的钢丝绳,钢丝绳在吊装过程中很容易被划伤,甚至割断,造成伤亡事故,另外钢丝绳不柔软,使用不方便,且自重大、导电。为了适应现代化其中吊运的需要,出现了一种合成纤维吊装带,合成纤维吊装带是由无极合成纤维丝束和套装在无极合成纤维丝束上的一个扁筒式编织带构成,扁筒式编织带可用涤纶条带编织成。这种合成纤维吊装带柔软、自身重量轻、提升力达、不导电、使用寿命长。但由于一个扁筒式涤纶编织带。较为单薄,易磨破带皮,露出承载丝束,使提升力的提高受到了限制,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能差。

因此,针对上述的问题,本实用新型提出一种耐磨性高、抗腐蚀、使用寿命长的新型合成纤维吊带。
为解决此技术问题,本实用新型采取以下方案:一种新型合成纤维吊带,包括扁平状的带体,所述带体由聚乙烯纤维束芯、涤纶编织带和聚氨酯层构成,所述涤纶编织带套装于聚乙烯纤维束芯上,所述涤纶编织带表面涂覆一层聚氨酯层。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:由于聚氨酯层具有耐磨、防滑和耐腐蚀的性能,因而采用本实用新型方案制成的吊带具有柔软、自身重量轻、提升力大、耐磨、耐腐蚀、防滑及使用寿命长等优点。

由于聚氨酯层具有耐磨、防滑和耐腐蚀的性能,因而采用本实用新型方案制成的吊带具有柔软、自身重量轻、提升力大、耐磨、耐腐蚀、防滑及使用寿命长等优点。
