Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置，冷却装置为冷风机，冷风机设在螺套的下方，相对于冷风机出风口的螺套上设有入风口。本实用新型采用冷风机代替循环水冷，在为挤压机提供同样冷量的同时，可以有效地避免夹套部分积累水垢，对夹套壁产生腐蚀和硬化作用，适于长期使用。

本实用新型涉及PVC生产领域，具体涉及一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置。
背景技术
螺杆挤压机一般包括加料装置、传动机构、螺杆、螺套以及模头部分。其中螺套是围包在螺杆外面的，可采用整体结构或分段结构设置，螺套与螺杆的间隙中通常会配装夹套，藉以用作蒸气或过热油的循环加热，或用作循环水冷却，其目的是使挤压机能准确地调节各工作区段的温度。在长期的工作实践中申请人发现，用循环水进行冷却效果一般，长期使用易造成夹套部分积累水垢，对夹套壁产生腐蚀和硬化作用，因此挤压机整体在使用过一段时间之后就需要进行局部保养和维修。

针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种制冷效果好的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置，所述冷却装置为冷风机，所述冷风机设在螺套的下方，相对于冷风机出风口的螺套上设有入风口。
所述冷风机数量约为6～10台。
本实用新型的有益效果为：采用冷风机代替循环水冷，在为挤压机提供同样冷量的同时，可以有效地避免夹套部分积累水垢，对夹套壁产生腐蚀和硬化作用，适于长期使用。

本实用新型提供了一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置，具体来说本实用新型所选用的冷却装置为冷风机1。具体设置位置是将冷风机1设在螺套2的下方，相对于冷风机1出风口3的螺套2上设有入风口4。一般来说，冷风机数量约为6～10台，多为螺杆长径比的1/3～1/2。
本实用新型采用冷风机1代替循环水冷，在为挤压机提供同样冷量的同时，可以有效地避免夹套部分积累水垢，对夹套壁产生腐蚀和硬化作用，适于长期使用。

1.利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置，其特征在于所述冷却装置为冷风机，所述冷风机设在螺套的下方，相对于冷风机出风口的螺套上设有入风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的螺杆挤压机冷却装置，其特征在于所述冷风机数量约为6～10台。
