所述的容器外壳6的内腔上部一侧设有淋水器4，所述的淋水器4经电源与功能键2相连，通过功能键2的开启来控制淋水器4的喷水。淋水器4内的水用完后，可以再增加。
当需要剥蒜时，将整个蒜头放进剥蒜器内的托盘7上，将分瓣钩5插在蒜头中，按下容器外壳6上的相应功能键2，托盘旋转，蒜头在剥蒜器内旋转的过程中，剥蒜器内的切削刀3将切下蒜头的根，分瓣钩5将切根后的蒜分散，通过淋水器4内水的冲洗，蒜皮和泥土，通过托盘7上的孔落到托盘底部，完成剥皮的蒜就留在了托盘7上。
