本实用新型公开一种复合结构的温控电阻器,包括一个壳体及封装于壳体内的电阻芯,电阻芯上设有引出壳体的高温线,所述壳体内还设有一个温度开关,所述温度开关串联在电阻芯的绕线上,所述温度开关与电阻芯之间设置云母片绝缘层隔离;电器正常工作时,保持电阻器的各项性能指标,电阻器超过一定功率时温度升高,温度开关自动断开使电阻器停止工作,温度降到温度开关设定温度时再次接通电阻器工作,保证电器安全工作,避免电阻器高温工作可能带来的损坏及不安全因素。本实用新型将电阻芯和温度开关复合在同一个壳体内,实现双重功能一体化,提高产品本身安全和电子设备总体安全,达到简化产品结构,便于用户使用安装。

背景技术
在工业自动化技术中,电气传动的电机变频调速技术以其优异的高效率、高功率因数和节电效果而大量应用,所使用的充电电阻器和制动电阻器的功率越来越大,由于电阻器是一种功耗产品,在工作过程中电阻器因消耗功率而发热,如果电路出现故障,耗能大的电阻器就会产生高温,这时不仅会损坏大功率电阻器,而且有可能造成燃烧等不安全的因素。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有温度保护功能的复合结构温控电阻器,电阻器温度达到设定温度时自动停止工作,避免电阻器高温工作可能带来的不安全因素。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的,一种复合结构的温控电阻器,包括一个壳体及封装于壳体内的电阻芯,电阻芯上设有引出壳体的高温线,其特征在于:所述壳体内还设有一个温度开关,所述温度开关串联在电阻芯的绕线上。
所述温度开关与电阻芯之间设置云母片绝缘层隔离。
所述温度开关的引脚分别连接于电阻芯绕线的两端。
所述温度开关为以双金属片作为感温元件的温控器,如KSD9700系列温控器。
本实用新型的有益效果:电器正常工作时,保持电阻器的各项性能指标,电阻器超过一定功率时温度升高,温度开关自动断开使电阻器停止工作,温度降到温度开关设定温度时再次接通电阻器工作,保证电器安全工作,避免电阻器高温工作可能带来的损坏及不安全因素。本实用新型将电阻芯和温度开关复合在同一个壳体内,实现双重功能一体化,提高产品本身安全和电子设备总体安全,达到简化产品结构,便于用户使用安装。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2所示,本实用新型所提供的一种复合结构的温控电阻器,包括一个散热性好的铝合金壳体4及封装于壳体4内的电阻芯1,电阻芯1上设有引出壳体4的高温线5,高温线5引出端与接插件6连接,电阻芯1选用抗电浪涌、散热性能良好的扁电阻合金线绕制结构,用导热较好的云母片作为绕制骨架。壳体4内设有一个热敏感的温度开关2,温度开关2的引脚8、9分别连接于电阻芯1的绕线7两端,串联在电阻芯1的绕线7上,温度开关2与电阻芯1之间设置云母片绝缘层隔离3,温度开关2与电阻芯1串联组装成一体后用绝缘封料封装在铝合金壳体4内,铝合金壳体4内部的顶面和底面分别布置有云母片绝缘层10、11。温度开关2选择以双金属片作为感温元件的温控器,如KSD9700系列温控器,电器正常工作时,双金属片处于自由状态,触点处于闭合/断开状态,当温度升高至动作温度值时,双金属元件受热产生内应力而迅速动作,打开/闭合触点,切断/接通电路,从而起到热保护作用。当温度降到设定温度时,触点自动闭合/断开,恢复正常工作状态。开关温度值的大小,取决于电阻器允许超功率值,由使用者确认来选择。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合结构的温控电阻器,其特征在于:所述温度开关与电阻芯之间设置绝缘层隔离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合结构的温控电阻器,其特征在于:所述温度开关的引脚分别连接于电阻芯绕线的两端。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合结构的温控电阻器,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为云母片。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种复合结构的温控电阻器,其特征在于:所述温度开关为以双金属片作为感温元件的温控器。
