背景技术
制动蹄是指受刹车凸轮或推杆的作用量而被推向外展开压制刹车鼓起制动作用的配件,安装于刹车鼓上,是汽车制动系统中关键的安全零件之一。制动蹄形状如半月形,踩刹车时两片半月形的制动蹄就在制动轮缸的作用下外张,撑起制动蹄摩擦着刹车鼓的内壁来起到减速或者停车的作用。现有的制动蹄上的铰接孔和制动孔在使用过程中不断的磨损,时间久了就容易出现裂纹。同时,由于制动蹄的钢片和弧形蹄片的连接处是受力的主要部位,所以很容易发生断裂。

本实用新型的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题,提供一种高强度制动蹄,其技术方案如下:
一种高强度制动蹄,由钢片和两平行弧形蹄片一体冲压而成,所述弧形蹄片一端设有铰接孔,所述两铰接孔内设有管状体,弧形蹄片另一端设有制动孔,所述管状体的两端设有加强片,所述的制动孔上设有加强片。
优选方式为,所述的弧形蹄片和钢片的连接处设有加强筋。
