本实用新型属于生物实验用品领域,特别涉及一种标号密封的培养皿。一种标号密封培养皿,包括皿底(1)、皿底(1)底部外沿的圆环托(4)、皿盖(2)、皿盖(2)上字母或数字标号(3)。皿底(1)为朝上开口端略小于底部的圆台体,皿底(1)外沿为一个直径略大于皿底(1)底部的圆环托(4),皿底(1)外壁四周为磨砂面,其余均为光滑面,底面透明;皿盖(2)为朝下开口端略大于顶部的圆台体,且皿盖(2)内壁四周为磨砂面,其余均为光滑面,顶面透明;皿盖(2)的内磨砂面与皿底(1)的外磨砂面大小吻合,恰好能嵌套密封;在培养皿皿盖(2)的外壁上制作数字或字母标号(3)。本实用新型具有减少染菌概率、方便区分识别、提高工作效率的优点。

本实用新型属于生物实验用品领域,特别涉及一种标号密封培养皿。
背景技术
培养皿是一种常用的生物实验器皿,被广泛用于培养细胞、细菌的生物实验中。现生物实验培养皿由玻璃材料制作的一个皿底和一个皿盖组成,培养皿皿底的半径小于皿盖的,开合相当宽松,培养皿无标记。但当培养皿用于培养细胞或细菌时,很容易因实验员的操作不当而使皿盖露开缝隙,甚至在拿取培养皿只拿起了皿盖而直接打开,从而使外界环境的空气中粉尘、微生物进入培养皿,使培养细胞或细菌染菌,往往导致实验失败。为了提高实验效率或者平行试验的要求,常需多组培养皿同时进行实验,实验员因难以区分易引起混淆,采用贴标签纸或作记号的方法给培养皿作标记,以示区别。因此,现有的培养皿有以下几个问题比较突出:1、培养皿的皿底与皿盖不能吻合密封,易使外界环境中的微生物进入培养皿而导致实验失败;2、所贴标签纸的胶水或记号笔的油墨难以清除,也易污染实验样品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有生物实验培养皿的不足,提供一种标号密封培养皿,该培养皿即可起到密封作用而减少培养细胞或细菌染菌概率,又易于区分识别培养皿实验样品。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种标号密封培养皿,包括皿底、皿底部外沿的圆环托、皿盖、皿盖上字母或数字标号。皿底为朝上开口端略小于皿底底部的圆台体,且皿底外沿为一个直径略大于皿底底部的圆环托,皿底外壁四周为磨砂面,其余均为光滑面,底面透明;皿盖为朝下开口端略大于顶部的圆台体,且皿盖内壁四周为磨砂面,其余均为光滑面,顶面透明;皿盖的内壁磨砂面与皿底的外壁磨砂面大小吻合,恰好能嵌套密封;在培养皿皿盖的外壁上制作数字或字母标号。
本实用新型通过对生物实验培养皿改进,把皿盖的内壁与皿底的外壁制成磨砂面,使得皿底与皿盖能够良好的契合密封,避免外界环境的脏空气中进入培养皿,减少培养细胞或细菌染菌概率;皿底的底部外沿圆环托的作用是避免皿盖与皿底密封时过紧而打不开,也方便培养皿转移;在培养皿皿盖的外壁上制作的数字或字母标号,对培养皿进行区分。培养皿的皿底底面与皿盖顶面光滑透明,内、外磨砂面及标号并不影响观察培养皿内的培养物。本实验新型加工简便,成本低。实验者只要作好标号记录,便可以减少了贴标签、写记号的麻烦,提高了工作效率。
本实用新型具有减少染菌概率、方便区分识别、提高工作效率的优点。

如图1、图2所示,一种标号密封培养皿,包括皿底1、皿底1底部外沿的圆环托4、皿盖2、皿盖2外壁上字母标号3。皿底1为朝上开口端略小于底部的圆台体,皿底1外沿为一个直径略大于皿底1底部的圆环托4,皿底1外壁四周为磨砂面;皿盖2为朝下开口端略大于顶部的圆台体,且皿盖2内壁四周为磨砂面;皿盖2的内磨砂面与皿底1的外磨砂面大小吻合,恰好能嵌套密封;在培养皿皿盖2的外壁上制作字母标号3。打开时,左手按住皿底1底座的圆环托4,右手卡住皿盖2向上拔,即可。

如图3、图4所示,一种标号密封培养皿,一种标号密封培养皿,包括皿底1、皿底1底部外沿的圆环托4、皿盖2、皿盖2外壁上数字标号3。皿底1为朝上开口端略小于底部的圆台体,皿底1外沿为一个直径略大于皿底1底部的圆环托4,皿底1外壁四周为磨砂面;皿盖2为朝下开口端略大于顶部的圆台体,且皿盖2内壁四周为磨砂面;皿盖2的内磨砂面与皿底1的外磨砂面大小吻合,恰好能嵌套密封;在培养皿皿盖2的外壁上制作数字标号3。打开时,左手按住皿底1底座的圆环托4,右手卡住皿盖2向上拔,即可。

1.一种培养皿,包括皿底(1)、皿底(1)底部外沿的圆环托(4)、皿盖(2)、皿盖(2)上字母或数字标号(3),其特征在于:皿底(1)为朝上开口端略小于底部的圆台体,皿底(1)外沿为一个直径略大于皿底(1)底部的圆环托(4),皿底(1)外壁四周为磨砂面,其余均为光滑面,底面透明;皿盖(2)为朝下开口端略大于顶部的圆台体,且皿盖(2)内壁四周为磨砂面,其余均为光滑面,顶面透明;皿盖(2)的内磨砂面与皿底(1)的外磨砂面大小吻合,恰好能嵌套密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种培养皿,其特征在于:在培养皿皿盖(2)的外壁上制作数字或字母标号(3)。
