背景技术
目前在起吊物体时一股采用钢丝绳为主吊带，但是钢丝吊带体比较坚硬，而且吊装物品时容易滑脱，因此很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种聚酯型吊带，它可以有效地提高吊带的柔软带，提高吊装时的安全性。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种聚酯型吊带，它包括钢丝吊带体，所述的钢丝吊带体的表面设有聚酯胶层，在聚酯胶层的表面设置为网状的防滑面。
所述的聚酯胶层涂覆在钢丝吊带体的一侧面或两面。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型采用钢丝吊带体，丝吊带体的表面设有聚酯胶层，在聚酯胶层的表面设置为网状的防滑面，这样不但聚酯胶层很强柔软度，具有耐磨和防止切割的作用，而且可以由于采用了网状的防滑面，可以防止吊装时滑脱，提高了吊装时的安全性。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中，本实用新型提供了一种聚酯型吊带，它包括钢丝吊带体1，所述的钢丝吊带体1的表面设有聚酯胶层2，所述的聚酯胶层2的表面设置为网状的防滑面3，聚酯胶层2涂覆在钢丝吊带体1的一侧面或两面。
本实用新型提供了一种聚酯型吊带的制作方法，它包括以下步骤：步骤一，选取4条钢丝吊带体1和聚酯胶为原料；步骤二，将4条钢丝绳编织形成钢丝吊带体1，再根据所吊装物体的载荷确定的所要涂覆的聚酯胶，聚酯胶包括甲苯二异氰酸酯65％，邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯32％，三羟甲基丙烷3％，将聚酯胶涂覆在钢丝吊带体1的一侧或两侧；步骤三，对钢丝吊带体1的两边进行修整，修整后再将涂有聚酯胶的钢丝吊带体1放入烘箱内进行加热保温处理，加热保温的温度为100-150℃，保温的时间为24小时在钢丝吊带体1形成聚酯胶层2，最后通过模具在聚酯胶层2形成网状的防滑面3，得到成品。

1.一种聚酯型吊带，它包括钢丝吊带体(1)，所述的钢丝吊带体(1)的表面设有聚酯胶层(2)，其特征是所述的聚酯胶层(2)的表面设置为网状的防滑面(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯型吊带，其特征是所述的聚酯胶层(2)涂覆在钢丝吊带体(1)的一侧面或两面。
