本实用新型涉及一种汽车雨刮器的刮片。
背景技术
现有的汽车雨括器有缺点，就是它不能将前挡风玻璃上的水和雾括干净。这是因为雨刮器的刮片是整体型的，虽然它是由橡胶等富有弹性的材料制成的，并且与玻璃接触的面是曲面，但其适应性仍然不高。工作时，刮片围绕雨刮器的转轴作圆弧运动，而汽车前挡风玻璃的曲面并不是以雨刮器的转轴为对称中心的，刮片的各部位互相制约，所以刮片的各个部位在刮雨过程中与前挡风玻璃的接触压力是不同的、变化的，有的地方接触压力大导致摩擦阻力大、对刮片的磨损大，而有的地方却没有接触到导致雨水刮不干净。因此让刮片在刮雨过程中适应玻璃曲面的变化显得很重要。而整体型的刮片显然无法适应。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有括片的缺点，提供一种在刮雨过程中适应玻璃曲面的变化的刮片。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：所述一种汽车雨刮器的刮片的特征是：设置连接板，所述连接板顶面安装三至八十根弹簧，所述每根弹簧的顶面安装一个刮块。
下面对以上的技术方案提出附加的技术特征：

说明：连接板再与雨刮器的连杆连接。

弹簧2应该采用不锈钢弹簧钢丝制造。当连接板3由金属制成时，弹簧2可以焊接在连接板3顶面；当连接板3由非金属制成时，则在连接板3顶面加工出圆形细槽中，弹簧2可以插入连接板3顶面的圆形细槽中。刮块1下部加工出圆形细槽中，弹簧2可以插入刮块1下部的圆形细槽中；或者先加工弹簧2，再生产刮块1时将刮块1与弹簧2铸成整体。连接板3再与雨刮器的连杆连接。由于弹簧的弹性比橡胶的弹性高得多，因此这种刮片刮雨时适应挡风玻璃曲面的变化，刮雨效果更好。
