本实用新型涉及平面磨床设备技术领域，具体涉及一种平面磨床的夹具。
背景技术：
传统磨床都是采用的永磁吸盘来直接加工带有磁性的物体，比如钢，铁等；其他不带磁性的物体采用专门的夹具来挡或者夹来固定。当需要磨削的工件是石英玻璃时，其厚度只有1.5MM甚至更薄，且对精度要求严格，无法直接吸附在永磁吸盘上，更不能用挡或者夹的方式，以免工件飞片或者其他的问题发生。同行业的的做法都是采用的是另外一种方式，就是将石英玻璃用蜡粘在铁块上面，然后吸附于永磁吸盘上，这种方法解决了无法吸附的问题，但是同时又出现另外的问题。铁块我们并不能保证它完全平整，加上中间粘的蜡，我们也不能保证它完全平整，这样一来累计的误差增大，那个出来的工件合格率大大减少了，反复粘接、清洗的工序浪费了大量的工作时间。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种平面磨床的夹具，它能直接将石英玻璃吸附在工作台上，真空可以将两个甚至更多相对平整无缝隙的物体紧密的结合在一起，适用于任何产品。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含工作台1、橡胶圈2、中空槽4、抽气孔5、加工件6、不锈钢板7、真空表8和真空发生器9；工作台1上设置有中空槽4，中空槽4上设置有不锈钢板7，工作台1上设置有加工件6，且加工件6与工作台1之间设置有橡胶圈2，中空槽4内部一侧设置有抽气孔5，抽气孔5与真空发生器9连接，且抽气孔5与真空发生器9连接之间设置有真空表8。
所述的不锈钢板7表面均匀布置有气孔3。

1.一种平面磨床的夹具，其特征在于它包含工作台(1)、橡胶圈(2)、中空槽(4)、抽气孔(5)、加工件(6)、不锈钢板(7)、真空表(8)和真空发生器(9)；工作台(1)上设置有中空槽(4)，中空槽(4)上设置有不锈钢板(7)，工作台(1)上设置有加工件(6)，且加工件(6)与工作台(1)之间设置有橡胶圈(2)，中空槽(4)内部一侧设置有抽气孔(5)，抽气孔(5)与真空发生器(9)连接，且抽气孔(5)与真空发生器(9)连接之间设置有真空表(8)。
