本实用新型涉及一种固态复合无功设备投切开关用晶闸管阀,包括两个晶闸管阀串、对称分布的承力拉杆、顶部支撑板、底部支撑板、顶压机构、连接铜排以及紧固螺母,该承力拉杆通过该紧固螺母与该顶部支撑板和该底部支撑板构成安装外框,该两个晶闸管阀串正反并联后,通过该顶压机构和该连接铜排被固定在该安装外框中。本新型具有体积小、成本低及安装方便等优点。

本实用新型涉及晶闸管阀技术领域,特别涉及一种固态复合无功设备投切开关用晶闸管阀。
背景技术
晶闸管阀作为固态复合无功设备投切开关重要部件,其安装方式在一定程度上影响了整个设备的成本和工作效果,传统的晶闸管阀为卧式安装,具有晶闸管受力均匀的优点,但其体积大,占地多,分布参数过大的缺点也很突出。经过改进,现在普通采用了立式安装,即将间隔相连的散热器和晶闸管通过上下支撑板和左右绝缘板组装成一个晶闸管阀串,在实际应用时,将多个这样的晶闸管阀串组成一个晶闸管阀。虽然这样的安装方式比卧式安装体积要小,但体积并未减少太多,故需要一种新的安装方式来减小晶闸管阀组的体积,从而降低成本。
发明内容
(一)技术问题
本实用新型克服了现有技术的缺陷,解决固态复合无功设备投切开关的晶闸管阀组压装问题。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型公开了一种固态复合无功设备投切开关用晶闸管阀,该晶闸管阀包括两个晶闸管阀串、对称分布的承力拉杆、顶部支撑板、底部支撑板、顶压机构、连接铜排以及紧固螺母,该承力拉杆通过该紧固螺母与该顶部支撑板和该底部支撑板构成安装外框,该两个晶闸管阀串正反并联后,通过该顶压机构和该连接铜排被固定在该安装外框中。
进一步,该晶闸管阀还包括两个支撑圆铝,该支撑圆铝分别被安装于该晶闸管阀串和该连接铜排之间。
进一步,所述承力拉杆采用玻璃钢复合材料。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型通过优化的晶闸管阀组的压装设计,将正反向两组晶闸管阀串压装在同一框架内,减小了晶闸管阀组的体积,对促进现有纯机械开关投切电容器组的升级换代工作具有重要的意义和实用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型公开了一种固态复合无功设备投切开关用晶闸管阀101,该晶闸管阀101采用立式结构,包括两个晶闸管阀串102-1、102-2,对称分布的承力拉杆103、顶部支撑板104、底部支撑板105、顶压机构106、连接铜排107以及紧固螺母108,该承力拉杆103经紧固螺母108与顶部支撑板104以及底部支撑板105构成安装外框,两个晶闸管阀串102-1、102-2经顶压机构106和连接铜排107被固定在该安装外框中。其中,晶闸管阀串102-1、102-2正反并联,每个晶闸管阀串的结构与常见晶闸管阀串的结构相同,即由n个晶闸管和n+1个散热器相间串联组成,为了达到更好的散热效果,本新型采用自冷式散热器;承力拉杆103取代现有的绝缘板,对称地分布在顶部支撑板104和底部支撑板105之间,减小了晶闸管阀的体积,承力拉杆103采用玻璃钢复合材料。
参见图2,本新型的另一种固态复合无功设备投切开关用晶闸管阀201与晶闸管阀101不同之处在于,还包括两个支撑圆铝109-1、109-2,分别被安装于晶闸管阀串102-1、102-2和连接铜排107之间,支撑圆铝109-1、109-2主要用于在实际安装中,保证晶闸管阀102-1、102-2与承力拉杆103间的高度差尽量的小。

1.一种固态复合无功设备投切开关用晶闸管阀,其特征在于,所述晶闸管阀包括两个晶闸管阀串、对称分布的承力拉杆、顶部支撑板、底部支撑板、顶压机构、连接铜排以及紧固螺母,所述承力拉杆通过所述紧固螺母与所述顶部支撑板和所述底部支撑板构成安装外框,所述两个晶闸管阀串正反并联后,通过所述顶压机构和所述连接铜排被固定在所述安装外框中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的晶闸管阀,其特征在于,所述晶闸管阀还包括两个支撑圆铝,所述支撑圆铝分别被安装于所述晶闸管阀串和所述连接铜排之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的晶闸管阀,其特征在于,所述承力拉杆采用玻璃钢复合材料。
