本实用新型涉及一种新型碳纤维光电导线夹具。
背景技术
碳纤维复合芯导线夹具是电力系统中用于空架电力线路以及变电所杆塔上固定导线的一种常用金具，它将导线与绝缘子串连接，绝缘子串再与铁塔连接，用以承载导线的拉力，减小导线的弛度，对电力系统的安全运行起到十分重要的作用。现有锁紧内芯的外用面上一般都设有两个条形槽，以实现其沿径向变形。然而在实际应用中由于条形槽的宽度不能太大，因此变形量较小，从而造成锁紧内芯的夹紧力较小。 另外锁紧内芯在从锁紧套筒的一端滑出的过程容易跑偏，从而使锁紧内芯径向变形不均，容易损坏导线。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种新型碳纤维光电导线夹具，结构简单、使用寿命长，解决了碳纤维复合芯导线夹具在夹紧碳纤维复合芯导线时夹紧力较小的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种新型碳纤维光电导线夹具，包括一个外部套管，其外部套管内部设置有用于夹紧碳纤维光电导线的夹紧装置，夹紧装置包括一个锁紧内套，锁紧内套为一个台阶状锥形套体，锁紧内套外设置有一个锁紧外套，锁紧外套外设置有一个固定锚体。
优化的，上述新型碳纤维光电导线夹具，其锁紧外套表面设置有若干轴向U型槽，外部套管上设置有与U型槽相配合的卡口。 
本实用新型具有结构简单、使用寿命长等特点，由于夹紧装置包括一个锁紧内套，锁紧内套为一个台阶状锥形套体，因此保证内芯主体强度的条件下提供更大的变形，从而提供更大的夹紧力，因而本实用新型具有很好的推广使用价值。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型为一种新型碳纤维光电导线夹具，包括一个外部套管1，其外部套管1内部设置有用于夹紧碳纤维光电导线的夹紧装置2，夹紧装置2包括一个锁紧内套21，锁紧内套21为一个台阶状锥形套体，锁紧内套21外设置有一个锁紧外套22，锁紧外套22外设置有一个固定锚体23。锁紧外套22表面设置有若干轴向U型槽24，外部套管1上设置有与U型槽24相配合的卡口11。 
本实用新型具有结构简单、使用寿命长等特点，由于夹紧装置包括一个锁紧内套，锁紧内套为一个台阶状锥形套体，因此保证内芯主体强度的条件下提供更大的变形，从而提供更大的夹紧力，因而本实用新型具有很好的推广使用价值。
