背景技术
随着建筑行业的发展,建筑行业中对节能的要求越来越高,现有技术中存在一种节能保温板材包括外面板、内面板和位于外面板、内面板之间的芯板。这种保温板材安装时候需要在保温板穿孔,然后将保温板材和建筑梁之间通过在穿孔内配置螺钉等连接件将二者连接起来,安装不方便,且费时费力。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于安装的节能保温板材。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种便于安装的节能保温板材,节能保温板材包括外面板、内面板和位于外面板与内面板之间的芯板,芯板内部设有多个预埋螺栓,预埋螺栓垂直于芯板表面,且预埋螺栓末端延伸于内面板表面,预埋螺栓末端连接有悬挂安装件。
优选地,芯板内设置有多个预埋板,预埋螺栓贯穿预埋板。 
优选地,悬挂安装件经螺母与预埋螺栓末端相连,且螺母与悬挂安装件之间设有调整垫片。 
优选地,悬挂安装件具有与预埋螺栓相连的安装部、平行于节能保温板材表面向下延伸的插接部,和连接安装部与插接部的连接部。 
本实用新型的有益效果: 
芯板内部设有多个预埋螺栓,不需要穿孔,便于安装;预埋螺栓末端连接有悬挂安装件便于墙板施工。

参考附图1,一种便于安装的节能保温板材,节能保温板材包括外面板1、内面板3和位于外面板1、内面板3之间的芯板2,芯板2内部设有多个预埋螺栓4,预埋螺栓4垂直于芯板2表面,且预埋螺栓4末端延伸于内面板3表面,预埋螺栓4末端连接有悬挂安装件7。
考虑到预制方便,芯板2内设置有多个预埋板8,预埋螺栓4贯穿预埋板8。 
实施例2 
参考附图2,悬挂安装件7经螺母6与预埋螺栓4末端相连,且螺母6与悬挂安装件7之间设有调整垫片5。
悬挂安装件7具有与预埋螺栓4相连的安装部71、平行于节能保温板材表面向下延伸的插接部73,和连接安装部71与插接部73的连接部72,此种结构可以方便将保温板材与结构梁安装为一体,节省了施工周期。 
参考附图3,一种外墙板的施工方法,外墙板包括多个上述节能保温板材,其包括以下步骤: 
1)预制节能保温板材11、12,运到施工现场;
2)在上层梁9和下层梁10上通过螺丝螺母及调整垫片安装用于找平和定位的挂钩板13,挂钩板截面形状同悬挂安装件7,且与梁长度相同;
3)将带安装悬挂安装件7的节能保温板材挂在挂钩板13,并水平推装到位;
4)安装缝隙灌浆密封。

1.一种便于安装的节能保温板材,其特征在于:节能保温板材包括外面板(1)、内面板(3)和位于外面板(1)与内面板(3)之间的芯板(2),芯板(2)内部设有多个预埋螺栓(4),预埋螺栓(4)垂直于芯板(2)表面,且预埋螺栓(4)末端延伸于内面板(3)表面,预埋螺栓(4)末端连接有悬挂安装件(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述便于安装的节能保温板材,其特征在于:芯板(2)内设置有多个预埋板(8),预埋螺栓(4)贯穿预埋板(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述便于安装的节能保温板材,其特征在于:悬挂安装件(7)经螺母(6)与预埋螺栓(4)末端相连,且螺母(6)与悬挂安装件(7)之间设有调整垫片(5)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述便于安装的节能保温板材,其特征在于:悬挂安装件(7)具有与预埋螺栓(4)相连的安装部(71)、平行于节能保温板材表面向下延伸的插接部(73),和连接安装部(71)与插接部(73)的连接部(72)。
