本实用新型涉及金刚石刀具领域，更具体地说是指一种使用寿命长的金刚石锯片。
背景技术
金刚石就是我们常说的钻石，它是一种由纯碳组成的矿物。金刚石是自然界中最坚硬的物质，因此也就具有了许多重要的工业用途，如精细研磨材料、高硬切割工具、各类钻头、拉丝模，还被作为很多精密仪器的部件。
传统的金刚石刀具一般是将金刚石和金属粉末混合，人工进行称料、装入模具，然后进行热压或者冷压再烧结，目前所用的金刚石锯片的金刚石刀头和基体之间通常采用焊接的方式固定，不过当金刚石锯片在高速的运转时，加工阻力大，刀头容易脱落，造成安全事故，同时也降低了刀头使用寿命。

本实用新型提供的一种使用寿命长的金刚石锯片，其目的在于克服现有的金刚石锯片的金刚石刀头容易从基体上脱落，连接面的连接强度低，使用寿命短的缺点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种使用寿命长的金刚石锯片，包括基体及与基体连接的金刚石刀头，所述基体上设有沿着基体圆周布设的复数个锯齿，该锯齿与金刚石刀头的连接面为一倾斜面，所述金刚石刀头与锯齿的连接面为与上述倾斜面相适配的另一倾斜面。
所述锯齿沿着基体圆周等间距布设。
所述锯齿上的倾斜面为弧形倾斜面。
通过上述对本实用新型的描述可知，和现有的技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：
1、由于金刚石锯片的基体上设有沿着基体圆周布设的复数个锯齿，该锯齿与金刚石刀头的连接面为一倾斜面，金刚石刀头与锯齿的连接面为与上述倾斜面相适配的另一倾斜面，因此即使金刚石锯片在高速运转，锯齿上的倾斜面起到阻挡的作用，金刚石刀头不容易从基体上脱落，更加牢固，同时也增加了金刚石锯片的使用寿命。
2、该改进型金刚石锯片结构简单、质量稳定，使用方便，具有广泛的市场前景。

参考图1。一种使用寿命长的金刚石锯片，包括基体1及与基体1连接的金刚石刀头2，基体1上设有沿着基体1的圆周布设的复数个锯齿11，该锯齿11与金刚石刀头2的连接面111为一弧形倾斜面，金刚石刀头2与锯齿11的连接面21为与上述倾斜面相适配的另一弧形倾斜面。锯齿11沿着基体1的圆周等间距布设。
由于锯齿11与金刚石刀头2的连接面111为一弧形倾斜面，因此即使金刚石锯片在高速运转，锯齿11的弧形倾斜面起到阻挡的作用，金刚石刀头2也不容易从基体1上脱落，更加牢固，同时也增加了金刚石锯片的使用寿命。
