背景技术
    传统的粉碎机不但体型大而且功能单一，同时无变频器，如出现设备卡料或设备缺润滑油容易导致电机负载过重，从而导致电机过载烧坏，大大减少了电机的使用寿命。
发明内容
    本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有保护电机、延长其使用寿命的变频粉碎机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种变频粉碎机，包括机箱、回收箱、手把、开关、放置槽、进料口和电机；所述机箱内设有粉碎刀轴和变频器，所述回收箱安装在机箱内部，所述手把设置在回收箱的外表一侧，所述放置槽设置在进料口上端，所述开关安装在机箱上端，所述电机安装在机箱内底部。
作为优选，所述放置槽的倾斜角度为30度。
作为优选，所述机箱内部设置有电源导线，所述导线连接着开关、变频器和电机。
本实用新型的变频粉碎机有益效果是：通过安装有变频器的粉碎机，可以根据工艺要求自由调节粉碎电机速度，以达到启停平滑、稳定，对电机和机械设备起保护作用，从而延长其使用寿命，对电机有很好的过流保护功能，同时具有结构简单、操作方便、功能强、且占用空间小和节能的优点。

    如图1所示，本实用新型的一种变频粉碎机，包括机箱1、回收箱2、手把3、开关7、放置槽4、进料口5和电机8；所述机箱1内设有粉碎刀轴（未图示）和变频器6，所述回收箱2安装在机箱1内部，所述手把3设置在回收箱2的外表一侧，所述放置槽4设置在进料口5上端，所述开关7安装在机箱1上端，所述电机8安装在机箱1内底部；工作时，开启开关7，变频器6和电机8通电工作，将粉碎物通过进料口5进入回收箱2内部，在粉碎刀轴的作用下进行粉碎，同时变频器6有效控制电机8的转速，以及保护电机8的正常运转避免过载。
其中，所述放置槽4的倾斜角度为30度，有利于粉碎物方便通过进料口5进入回收箱2内；所述机箱1内部设置有电源导线（未图示），所述导线连接着开关7、变频器6和电机8。
本实用新型的变频粉碎机有益效果是：通过安装有变频器的粉碎机，可以根据工艺要求自由调节粉碎电机速度，以达到启停平滑、稳定，对电机和机械设备起保护作用，从而延长其使用寿命，对电机有很好的过流保护功能，同时具有结构简单、操作方便、功能强、且占用空间小和节能的优点。
