背景技术
模具顶杆板的先复位目前普遍采用弹簧和拉杆两种先复位方式。两种方式在使用过程中由于弹簧失效及拉杆松动等原因，会出现复位不完全的情况，在复位不完全的情况下开合模会造成模具的严重损坏。给生产带来极大不便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题:针对模具在先复位时会出现的复位不完全的的问题，本实用新型提供了了一种复位保护机构。
本实用新型的技术方案：
一种模具先复位保护机构，包括顶杆板和模具底板，顶杆板上安装有行程开关，行程开关通过电缆和注射机连接；模具底板上安装有调整块。
调整块的侧面呈倒“L”形。
本实用新型的有益效果：
当顶杆板完全复位时，行程开关为接通状态，机床操作正常；当模具未完全复位时，行程开关为断开状态，机床进入报警状态，一切操作停止，从而达到保护作用。

具体实施方式：
实施例：如图1和图2，在一种模具的顶杆板1上面安装行程开关3，行程开关3通过电缆6和注射机连接，控制模具开合模。模具底板2上安装有倒“L”形调整块4。
当顶杆板1完全复位时，行程开关3和调整块4接触，行程开关3为接通状态，机床操作正常；当未完全复位时，行程开关3和调整块4不接触，行程开关3为断开状态，机床进入报警状态，一切操作停止，从而达到保护作用。

1.一种模具先复位保护机构，包括顶杆板（1）和模具底板（2），其特征在于：顶杆板（1）上安装有行程开关（3），行程开关（3）通过电缆（6）和注射机连接；模具底板（2）上安装有调整块（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具先复位保护机构，其特征在于：调整块（4）的侧面呈倒“L”形。
