背景技术
在化工行业中，过滤是常见的加工步骤。过滤一般采用滤布，将滤布置于过滤架上，然后将待过滤的物品放置在滤布中进行过滤。现有技术的过滤架结构简单，仅仅对滤布起到支撑作用，无法对滤布进行张紧，导致滤布的过滤效果较差。

本实用新型目的是提供一种过滤架，以解决现有技术的过滤架无法对滤布进行张紧的问题。

一种过滤架，包括有底座，其特征在于：所述底座上四角位置分别设置有竖向的支杆，相邻的支杆外杆面上分别连接有处于同一高度的连接杆，所述底座上还设置有位于相邻两支杆中间的铰接座，每个铰接座上分别铰接有撑杆，所述连接杆上分别连接有位置与铰接座一一对应的销轴套，所述销轴套与各自所在的连接杆垂直，销轴套中分别滑动安装有销轴，所述销轴的轴端分别连接至各自对应的铰接座上铰接的撑杆上。
所述的一种过滤架，其特征在于：所述销轴套上设置有螺入销轴套中的销紧螺钉。
本实用新型结构简单，易于实现。滤布置于支杆上，由支杆、支杆之间的连接杆、撑杆共同支撑。需要张紧时，将铰接在铰接座上的撑杆向外撑开即可，然后通过销紧螺钉将销轴固定在销轴套中，以保持滤布的张紧状态。本实用新型在支撑滤布的同时，可对滤布进行张紧，有效地提高了滤布的过滤效果。

1.一种过滤架，包括有底座，其特征在于：所述底座上四角位置分别设置有竖向的支杆，相邻的支杆外杆面上分别连接有处于同一高度的连接杆，所述底座上还设置有位于相邻两支杆中间的铰接座，每个铰接座上分别铰接有撑杆，所述连接杆上分别连接有位置与铰接座一一对应的销轴套，所述销轴套与各自所在的连接杆垂直，销轴套中分别滑动安装有销轴，所述销轴的轴端分别连接至各自对应的铰接座上铰接的撑杆上。
