本实用新型公开了一种气溶胶防火系统，包括箱体、出气孔、装有灭火剂的药桶以及装有冷却剂的金属盒，出气孔设置在箱体的前壁上，药桶和金属盒都设置在箱体内，金属盒位于药桶上方；药桶上端与金属盒下表面之间具有高度为900-1200mm的反应空间。在金属盒上设有隔网。在箱体的底部设有万向轮。该气溶胶防火系统给灭火剂留出足够的反应空间，灭火效果更佳。

本实用新型涉及一种气溶胶防火系统。
背景技术
中华人民共和国公共安全行业标准GA499.1-20106.19.2规定气溶胶灭火剂的发气量必须大于等于300ml/g，目前市场上的气溶胶灭火装置都是直接在灭火剂发生器内添加冷却剂来生产的，由于冷却剂直接放置于灭火剂表面，这样灭火剂的燃烧反应空间被全部压缩，势必造成灭火剂不能完全燃烧，影响发气量，如果要使发气量达到正常的灭火浓度，就势必增加灭火剂的用量提高生产成本，如果不增加灭火剂用量就势必影响灭火效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气溶胶防火系统，该气溶胶防火系统给灭火剂留出足够的反应空间，灭火效果更佳。
实用新型的技术解决方案如下：
一种气溶胶防火系统，包括箱体、出气孔、装有灭火剂的药桶以及装有冷却剂的金属盒，出气孔设置在箱体的前壁上，药桶和金属盒都设置在箱体内，金属盒位于药桶上方；药桶上端与金属盒下表面之间具有高度为900-1200mm的反应空间。
在金属盒上设有隔网。
在箱体的底部设有万向轮。
有益效果：
本实用新型的气溶胶防火系统，将冷却剂装入金属盒，药桶上端与金属盒下表面之间具有高度为900-1200mm的反应空间，给灭火剂留出足够的反应空间，灭火剂使用少，成本低，灭火效果更佳。

以下将结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明：
实施例1：
如图1所示，一种气溶胶防火系统，包括箱体、出气孔、装有灭火剂的药桶以及装有冷却剂的金属盒，出气孔设置在箱体的前壁上，药桶和金属盒都设置在箱体内，金属盒位于药桶上方；药桶上端与金属盒下表面之间具有高度为900-1200mm的反应空间。在箱体的底部设有万向轮。箱体背面还设有接线端和后盖。
实施本实施例时，首先依据灭火装置箱体的大小预制好装冷却剂的金属盒 ，金属盒采用1.2-1.5mm镀锌钢板制作,金属盒的底部和上部均冲出Φ7×7mm的腰孔备用。将冷却剂放金属盒内置于灭火装置药桶上部900-1200mm处。
以下的实验结果充分说明了本实用新型的优势：
本装置的优点:给予了气溶胶灭火剂提供了一个充分的化学反应燃烧空间,使灭火剂能充分燃烧产生最大量的发气量实施灭火。

1.一种气溶胶防火系统，其特征在于，包括箱体、出气孔、装有灭火剂的药桶以及装有冷却剂的金属盒，出气孔设置在箱体的前壁上，药桶和金属盒都设置在箱体内，金属盒位于药桶上方；药桶上端与金属盒下表面之间具有高度为900-1200mm的反应空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶防火系统，其特征在于，在金属盒上设有隔网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶防火系统，其特征在于，在箱体的底部设有万向轮。
