目前市场上的气溶胶灭火装置的内壁大多数采用涂抹耐火泥或加注石英砂来降低整个灭火装置的箱体温度的，其工作程序复杂，工人劳动强度大，而且整个灭火装置极为笨重，不利于搬运和装卸，并且生产过程厂房车间灰尘较大，不利于环保和影响工人身体健康。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种柜式气溶胶防火系统，该柜式气溶胶防火系统的箱体的整体重量轻，安装方便。

如图1所示，一种柜式气溶胶防火系统，包括箱体，箱体为平行六面体，组成箱体内壁的每一个面上均设有复合层，所述的复合层由防火棉层和防火高硅板组成，防火高硅板与箱体内壁接触。
灭火装置的箱体定做好后，依据内部六个面尺寸的大小，预先裁剪好防火棉的防火高硅板，把防火棉粘在上面，阴干备用，当需要装配灭火装置时，再把粘有防火棉的防火高硅板依次棉向里、板在外镶嵌在箱体的各个面上。
