背景技术
座垫是座椅、沙发或汽车座椅上用的可移动的垫子。座垫提高了座椅的舒适性，同时也起到美观作用。现有座垫外面装饰材质和内部材质的分类有：冰丝、亚麻、真皮、羊毛/羊绒、毛绒、草编、棉布、蕾丝、乳胶、竹片、香木、玉质、纤维、竹丝、竹藤、红木、蚕丝、棕丝等。
现有的座垫内放置活性炭，起到除臭和净化空气的作用。但有时，人们处于高温环境中，如热处理车间，或者炎热夏季的汽车内，座位温度会很高，由于座垫没有隔热功能，所以座垫会将高温传送至人体，使人感到很不舒适。

本实用新型提供一种具有隔热功能的活性炭座垫，本实用新型解决了现有的座垫没有隔热功能，所以座垫会将高温传送至人体，使人感到很不舒适的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：具有隔热功能的活性炭座垫，包括布料制成的外罩1,外罩1内填充有内芯棉2；外罩1上面是双层布料构成的夹层3,夹层3内有活性炭4；外罩1下层内侧设置有一个硅胶隔热垫5。
本实用新型在座垫内安装有硅胶隔热垫，它可以隔离座位的热量，使得人们在高温状态下感到舒适。

如图1-2所示，具有隔热功能的活性炭座垫，包括布料制成的外罩1,外罩1内填充有内芯棉2；外罩1上面是双层布料构成的夹层3,夹层3内有活性炭4；外罩1下层内侧设置有一个硅胶隔热垫5。
本实用新型所用的活性炭又称活性炭黑，是黑色粉末状或颗粒状的无定形碳。活性炭主成分除了碳以外还有氧、氢等元素。活性炭在结构上由于微晶碳是不规则排列，在交叉连接之间有细孔，在活化时会产生碳组织缺陷，因此它是一种多孔碳，堆积密度低，比表面积大。
活性炭具有空气净化作用:用活性炭摆放在室内有效的吸收空气中含有的甲醛\二甲苯等有害物质(特别是新装修的房子)。活性炭还具有家具去异味:活性炭可适用于新买的家具放于橱柜\抽屉\冰箱中.也可放在鞋子里面除臭味。活性炭还具有汽车除味作用:新车一般都含有很多的有害物质\难闻刺鼻的气味,用活性炭可以有效的去除这些气味。
