Abstract

本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失，其主要目的是提供一种耐磨性好，且还具有比较好的防水性能的潜水用面料。该面料包括弹性胶体层、防水耐磨层及底布层，所述弹性胶体层的外表面粘结有防水耐磨层，该防水耐磨层由防水且耐磨的TPU材质形成，并将该防水耐磨层粘结于上述弹性胶体层的上侧；所述底布层与上述弹性胶体层相复合粘结。

本实用新型涉及一种面料，尤其是指一种潜水用面料。 
背景技术
在生活中，一种面料的好坏对于穿着者来说很重要，特别是潜水衣的面料更是如此。现有的潜水衣面料一般都是具有弹性的面料，其主要是在具有适当厚度的橡胶层的一侧面受热形成一光滑面，另外一侧面则粘结一底布层。这种面料虽然较柔和，但却有一些缺陷：首先是由于弹性胶体层的外表因受热压而呈光滑面，即具有一平整的外层表面，但毕竟是发泡体，故于使用时会有耐磨性不佳的情况发生。 
针对上述问题，本实用新型的发明人提出了一种新的技术方案，很好地解决了上述缺陷。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失，其主要目的是提供一种耐磨性好，而且还具有比较好的防水性能的潜水用面料。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下之技术方案：一种潜水用面料，其特征在于：包括弹性胶体层、防水耐磨层及底布层，所述弹性胶体层的外表面粘结有防水耐磨层，该防水耐磨层由防水且耐磨的TPU材质形成，并将该防水耐磨层粘结于上述弹性胶体层的上侧；所述底布层与上述弹性胶体层相复合粘结。 
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后，其有益效果在于：处于最外层的防水耐磨层具有较好的防水性及耐磨性，而且该防水耐磨层可随弹性胶体层伸缩变形，不影响弹性胶体层本身的柔软度与弹性。

下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细说明：如图1所示为本实用新型的一种潜水用面料，其特征在于：包括弹性胶体层1、防水耐磨层2及底布层3，所述弹性胶体层1的外表面粘结有防水耐磨层2，该防水耐磨层2由防水且耐磨的TPU材质形成，并将该防水耐磨层2粘结于上述弹性胶体层1的上侧；所述底布层3与上述弹性胶体层1相复合粘结。
本实用新型的重点在于，处于最外层的防水耐磨层2具有较好的防水性及耐磨性，而且该防水耐磨层2可随弹性胶体层1伸缩变形，不影响弹性胶体层1本身的柔软度与弹性。综上所述，由于本实用新型的面料具有较好的防水、耐磨性，且弹性好，适合于制作成潜水衣。
