Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种髌下护带，其特征在于包括：用来对人体髌下肌腱施压的压力垫片(1)；和与压力垫片(1)连接用来将其固定在人体膝盖部位的固定带(2)。该髌下护带能够减轻髌骨周围的肌腱疼痛，防护突发运动导致的髌骨下的肌腱拉伤的髌下护带，可根据患者膝盖大小或病患情况自由调节护带松紧程度，以便调节到适合的压力，使用方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种护带，尤其涉及一种用于髌下肌腱的护带。
背景技术
膝关节是人体滑膜最多，关节最大和结构最复杂的关节。由于膝盖髌骨部位长期受到反复、持续的摩擦和压迫，此外骨质增生、关节炎、风湿病和创伤性外伤等都可引起滑膜感染发炎。因此滑膜炎是膝关节最为常见的疾病。滑膜主要分布关节周围，与关节腔相通，分泌润滑液润滑关节。滑囊发炎时，患者会感觉膝关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛，滑膜有摩擦发涩的声响。疼痛最明显的特点是当膝关节主动极度伸直时，特别是有一定阻力地做伸膝运动时，髌骨下部疼痛会加剧，被动极度屈曲时疼痛也明显加重。
奥戈德氏病也称“生长病”，因小孩长高、骨质疏松。肌肉拉长引发。这种病变易发生在十几岁的小朋友身上。病人通常自觉活动后在胫骨隆突附近有疼痛发生，甚至会有肿胀的情形发生。两侧的胫骨隆突摸起来明显，有压痛，但通常有一边比较明显。造成奥戈德氏病的原因，是发育中胫骨隆突受到过度密集的压力所造成的。
另外，老人关节炎、运动员突然起动或停止也容易引起髌骨疼痛。
目前，针对这些病症没有特效药治疗，只能依靠冰敷、消炎药或限制活动来缓解疼痛。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题，提供一种能够减轻髌骨周围的肌腱疼痛，防护突发运动导致的髌骨下的肌腱拉伤的髌下护带。
为实现本实用新型的上述目的，提供以下技术方案：
一种髌下护带，包括：用来对人体髌下肌腱施压的压力垫片；和与压力垫片连接用来将其固定在人体膝盖部位的固定带。
优选地，压力垫片包括：由天鹅绒布及纤维布制成的垫片本体；和固定在垫片本体上用来与人体髌下肌腱贴合的硅胶垫。
优选地，垫片本体的两端分别固定有用来连接所述固定带的连接件。
优选地，连接件为供所述固定带的端部穿过的环扣。
优选地，固定带由海绵网状纤维布制成。
优选地，固定带的两端分别固定有用来与固定带粘接的魔术贴毛刺片。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在以下方面：
1)本实用新型的压力垫片设置硅胶垫，使用时硅胶垫紧紧贴合髌下肌肉群，对髌下肌肉加压，从而将髌骨处的疼痛分散到中间，缓解髌下肌腱的痛感；
2)本实用新型使用带魔术贴刺毛片的固定带，可根据患者膝盖大小或病患情况自由调节护带松紧程度，以便调节到适合的压力，使用方便；
3)本实用新型的护带由天鹅绒及海绵网状纤维布材质制成，柔软、舒适、透气，结实耐用；且硅胶垫可反复清洗使用，携带方便，成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1本实用新型一个实施例髌下护带的压力垫片的正面示意图；和图3本实用新型一个实施例髌下护带的固定带的正面示意图所示，本实用新型一个实施例的髌下护带包括：用来对人体髌下肌腱施压的压力垫片1(图1所示)；和与压力垫片连接用来将压力垫片1固定在人体膝盖部位的固定带2(图3所示)。
具体地，如图1、2所示，本实用新型的压力垫片1包括：由天鹅绒布及纤维布制成的垫片本体10；和固定在垫片本体10上用来与人体髌下肌腱贴合的硅胶垫11，该硅胶垫11厚度为0.7-1mm，长约7.5cm，呈弧形。佩戴时，将压力垫片固定在人体髌位置时，使硅胶垫11紧紧贴合髌骨下方4-5公分的肌肉群上，以便硅胶垫11对人体髌下肌腱施压，将髌骨处的疼痛分散到中间，从而缓解髌下肌腱的痛感。
其中，垫片本体10的两端分别固定有用来连接固定带2的连接件3。本实用新型的连接件3为供固定带2的端部穿过的环扣；固定带2的两端分别固定有用来与固定带粘接的魔术贴毛刺片20(如图3所示)；优选地，固定带2由海绵网状纤维布制成。
固定压力垫片1时，固定带2的两端分别穿过压力垫片1一个端部的一个环扣，使得固定带2与压力垫片1围成一个封闭的环形，然后向膝盖后方拉动固定带2的两端部，使得固定带2与压力垫片1围成封闭环收紧，直至其束缚在人体膝盖部位，压力垫片1上的硅胶垫11紧紧贴合在髌骨下方的肌肉群上，以便对髌下肌腱施压，当压力达到合适程度时，将固定带2两端的魔术贴毛刺片20粘贴在固定带2上，这样便将压力垫片固定在人体膝盖部位。
本实用新型的髌下护带由天鹅绒及海绵网状纤维布制成，材质柔软、舒适、透气，结实耐用。硅胶垫可重复清洗使用，不影响其疗效。
本实用新型的髌下护带适用于由奥斯骨症引起的膝盖伤病、髌骨软骨病变、儿童奥戈德氏病、髌骨筋腱炎等，预防髌骨筋腱拉伤。同时也适用于羽毛球、网球、篮球等运动。
尽管上文对本实用新型作了详细说明，但本实用新型不限于此，本技术领域的技术人员可以根据本实用新型的原理进行修改，因此，凡按照本实用新型的原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种髌下护带，其特征在于包括：
用来对人体髌下肌腱施压的压力垫片(1)；和
与压力垫片(1)连接用来将其固定在人体膝盖部位的固定带(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的髌下护带，其特征在于，所述压力垫片(1)包括：
由天鹅绒布及纤维布制成的垫片本体(10)；和
固定在垫片本体(10)上用来与人体髌下肌腱贴合的硅胶垫(11)。
3.如权利要求2所述的髌下护带，其特征在于，所述垫片本体(10)的两端分别固定有用来连接所述固定带(2)的连接件(3)。
4.如权利要求3所述的髌下护带，其特征在于，所述连接件(3)为供所述固定带(2)的端部穿过的环扣。
5.如权利要求4所述的髌下护带，其特征在于，所述固定带(2)由海绵网状纤维布制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的髌下护带，其特征在于，所述固定带(2)的两端分别固定有用来与固定带(2)粘接的魔术贴毛刺片(20)。
