Abstract

一种微波炉的烧烤装置，包括炉体及其加热管，在炉体的侧壁外侧设置有驱动装置，在炉体的顶板表面的左右两侧边缘设置有导轨，导轨上设置有与加热管相连接的连接块，驱动装置带动连接块以及加热管沿导轨做往返运动。本实用新型在炉体上设置了加热管的驱动装置，利用驱动装置带动加热管沿导轨来回移动，以使微波炉内的食物受热更加均匀，提高了烹饪质量，节约了能源。同时通过加热管的移动，基本消除了炉体内的加热死角，提高了微波炉的使用效率。

本实用新型涉及一种微波炉，具体是微波炉的烧烤装置。
背景技术
目前市面上销售的烧烤微波炉，多采用不可移动的加热管对食物进行加热。在此情况下，炉腔内食物的各部分会因为距加热管的距离不同，而出现受热不均匀的问题，且炉腔内还存在着加热管无法覆盖的死角。中国专利文献号CN200972170于2007年11月7日公布了一种具有烤箱功能的微波炉，包括微波炉本体、炉腔、上发热管、下发热管及转动支架。该实用新型通过在炉腔的上部和下部分别设置加热管、中间设置放置食物的烧烤架的方式，来使食物在烧烤过程中受热更加均匀。但是，该微波炉机构复杂，且炉腔可利用容积少，因此，有必要做进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、加热均匀且易于生产和维护的微波炉的烧烤装置，以克服现有技术的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种微波炉的烧烤装置，包括炉体及其加热管，其结构特征是在炉体的侧壁设置有驱动装置，在炉体的顶板上设置有导轨，导轨上设置有与加热管相连接的连接块，驱动装置带动连接块及其加热管沿导轨运动。
所述导轨设置在顶板上表面左右两侧的边缘、或前后两侧的边缘，每条导轨上设置有一个与加热管连接的连接块。
所述驱动装置固定在炉体的左侧壁外侧、或右侧壁的外侧、或后侧壁的外侧，驱动装置与至少一个连接块相连接。
所述连接块与导轨之间设置有相互配合做往返运动的滑槽。
本实用新型在炉体上设置了加热管的驱动装置，利用驱动装置带动加热管来回移动，以使微波炉内的食物受热更加均匀，提高了烹饪质量，节约了能源。同时通过加热管的移动，基本消除了炉体内的加热死角，提高了微波炉的使用效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1-图2，一种微波炉的烧烤装置，包括炉体1，在炉体的左侧壁外侧设置有驱动装置6，炉体的顶板5上表面左右两侧的边缘设置有导轨3，每条导轨上设置一个与加热管2连接的连接块4，其中左侧导轨上的连接块还与驱动装置6连接。在使用过程中，驱动装置6带动与之相连接的连接块4，使其与发热管2在导轨3的滑槽上做往返运动，从而使食物的受热更加均匀。

Claims (4)

1.一种微波炉的烧烤装置，包括炉体(1)及其加热管(2)，其特征是在炉体的侧壁(7)设置有驱动装置(6)，在炉体的顶板(5)上设置有导轨(3)，导轨上设置有与加热管(2)相连接的连接块(4)，驱动装置带动连接块以及加热管沿导轨运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微波炉的烧烤装置，其特征是所述导轨(3)设置在顶板(5)上表面左右两侧的边缘、或前后两侧的边缘，每条导轨上设置有一个与加热管(2)连接的连接块(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的微波炉的烧烤装置，其特征是所述驱动装置(6)固定在炉体的左侧壁的外侧、或右侧壁的外侧、或后侧壁的外侧，驱动装置与至少一个连接块(4)相连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的微波炉的烧烤装置，其特征是所述连接块(4)与导轨(3)之间设置有相互配合做往返运动的滑槽。
