技术领域
本实用新型属于蒸汽管道元件技术领域，尤其是涉及一种预制直埋式蒸汽保温管件三通装置。
背景技术
在现有的技术中保温管(包括弯头、三通、四通)是一种保温性能好、安全可靠、工程造价低的直埋预制保温管。有效的解决了供热、供冷、热力、电力、化工等各种管道工程中保温管的保温、管件的保温、滑动润滑、裸露管端、捌弯处的防水、防腐等问题。不仅具有传统地沟和架空敷设管道难以比拟的先进技术、实用性能，而且还具有显著的社会效益和经济效益，节能环保效益。但常用的保温三通存在搬运和施工时损坏的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种新型分配连接装置，其具体技术方案如下：
一种预制直埋式蒸汽保温管件新型分配连接装置，包括工作钢管，保温层和外护钢管，工作钢管由主管和与主管成一定角度连接的支管组成，保温层包裹在工作钢管外，外护钢管套在保温层外，工作钢管与外护钢管之间连接有加固筋。外护钢管外侧面有防腐涂层。外护钢管由主管和支管成一定角度焊接而成。外护钢管主管和支管所成角度与工作钢管主管和支管所成角度相同。工作钢管为无缝冷拔或热压加工而成。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：蒸汽管道三通内、外管被加固和定位，焊接后不易断裂，具有加工简便、运输方便、连接稳固和防腐等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种预制直埋式蒸汽保温管件三通，包括工作钢管4，保温层3和外护钢管2，工作钢管4由主管和与主管成一定角度连接的支管组成，保温层3包裹在工作钢管4外，外护钢管2套在保温层3外，工作钢管4与外护钢管2之间连接有加固筋5，以加强固定，防止保温层脱出以及工作钢管与外护钢管相对位移。外护钢管2外侧面有防腐涂层，能够起到抵抗干燥、潮湿或电化腐蚀的作用。外护钢管2由主管 和支管成一定角度焊接而成，外护钢管2主管和支管所成角度与工作钢管4主管和支管所成角度相同。工作钢管4为无缝冷拔或热压加工而成，外护钢管为两半个钢管焊接而成。在制作过程中，三通可与固定墩连为一个整体，以减少现场焊接工作量。

1.一种新型分配连接装置，包括工作钢管，保温层和外护钢管，所述工作钢管由工作钢管主管和与所述工作钢管主管成一定角度连接的工作钢管支管组成，所述保温层包裹在所述工作钢管外，所述外护钢管套在所述保温层外，其特征在于：所述工作钢管与所述外护钢管之间连接有加固筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型分配连接装置，其特征在于：所述外护钢管外侧面有防腐涂层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型分配连接装置，其特征在于：所述外护钢管由外护钢管主管和外护钢管支管成一定角度焊接而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型分配连接装置，其特征在于：所述外护钢管主管和外护钢管支管所成角度与所述工作钢管主管和所述工作钢管支管所成角度相同。
